This company is committing deliberate fraud.

I ordered the physical keyboard. I received no update for a week, so I contacted support.

The provided email address doesn't work! I found an alternative email address.

They claimed that my address was incomplete and the product couldn't be shipped. I resubmitted it, and they then claimed again that the address was incorrect and shipping was impossible.

I even sent a Google Maps link to my (correct) address.

What I experienced next was simply deliberate fraud!
I was told for the third time that the product wouldn't be shipped because the address was incorrect! After a week without any response from Magic Keys, they simply claimed the address was wrong and it wouldn't be shipped. That was it. No refund! Nothing!

Simply fraud!

I also checked the billing address. It is a private house and not a company address.

No idea why all the hate. The product works great and support always answers me. 5 stars. Highly recommend them if you are a trader.

If you have a problem the worst customer support. They ignore emails and requests for help. Not even an acknowledgement or we will look into it type reply. The software works on half the applications I bought it for but not the rest. Problems which it seems they could fix but they just don’t care or can be bothered.

Zero Star. I placed and paid an order beginning of the year and it never arrived. They claim it was sent and ghosted me

Can barely keep it connected to mt5. I have to place the keyboard directly next to the dongle for it to even register properly. The calculator will not reset at Asia open and has been doing this since spring. Support is absolutely useless at providing any form of “support” and the software has not had an update in over a year.

Zero stars. Do Not waste your money. product doesn't work properly and support wont help. its been making my meta 5 crash and also keeps stopping responding in general. I have to keep relaunching it, refreshing MT5 and all sorts just to make it work for 5 min. its also very slow i bought it for fast execution but response is very slow not as advertised. i try to close custom trade it doesnt do anything then i press it again and it closes custom twice. ruining my trades. Just terrible overall dont waste your money

Totally a scam.... doesnt work.

They couldn’t solve why my balance was frozen. The one on my profile did it without any issue.

It's rubbish - Don't waste your money - They could not care less about their customers and never ever respond.

I had left a negative review about the shipping some time ago. After I finally received the physical Magic Keys, it doesn't allow me to open any trades. The error "Change Order Filling Mode" appears. Customer care seems non-existent. It's unbelievable that a website like this is still up and running despite all the negative reviews. From what I understand, they don’t respond and just ignore you after taking your money. I hope they get back to me and solve the problem I've described. If that happens, I’ll leave another review — this time a positive one — if at least the tool I paid for ends up working.

sowftare is awful and not user friendly at all,it takes for ever to find keys and open trades. do no reccomand at all

I cannot even reach out to them. I boght a physical version and its not working at all. Nobody is answering to my emails or from the website customer service. worst day ever.

Got a key for a model they said would work. Received it and it wouldn't work. Tried contacting mutiple times but no reply. Would not buy from them or recommend

Buttons are awful, Ted didnt send the charger, I am shocked at the customer service its bad

aside from the tool itself and how helpful it is, the customer support that assisted me throughout an issue that i have faced in the customs in my country. they never hesitated to help day by day and given me all necessary time and guidance. at the end when i gave up and returned it as it was my only option according to the customs. they surprised me with another one they sent.
even if they didnt do this amazing move i would still put 5 stars review because of the amazing customer support

I've been waiting for my Magickey for 1.5 month and still not receive it so I request a refund. But customer service just keep ignoring my refund request. Don't recommend at all.

I have had this product for 5 Months now, I have only used it on Ctrader never on MT4, On the Ctrader platform I find it very limited and almost useless, the information takes up too much space on the chart it is setup on, hindering me from reading the chart itself property. I can’t depend on it to work every time sometimes I hit close and the trade doesn’t close or try to add a position and it doesn’t, as for risk management its not effective at all on Ctrader.
