I am in Portugal and have ordered a second device but can not get it cleared by customs as the invoice is in CAD and not EUR. I requested an invoice in EUR but get reply from chat or email...

It sucks as nobody response to request.

Horrible customer service, the EA disappeared after i chang the timeframe, i sent them many emails, no one is interested finding a solution,
Be careful you should expect bad customer support after purchasing

Still waiting for the ceo Ted and raja to pay their victims back. It’s now over a year their victims have been waiting the CFTC have been notified. This is disgusting business practice. Customer service is awful

Probably the worst customer service I ever saw.

I bought the Magickey. installed it.

all was fine apart from a bug I had where sometimes I could not move TP or SL, it just drew line.

After one week trying to get answer from customer service, they said they never saw it. That's it..

I stopped using the device for 6 months and retook it 1 week ago. Not working or reacting. I uninstalled and reinstalled all and all is fine on the screen but I can't open position with the device.

I try since over one week to get in touch with the customer care for help.

They just don't care at all. There's no other ways to say it...

Multiple emails, message on a "What's app service".

Once they sold the product, nothing behind...
quite disappointing because device itself is good when working.

Got the virtual version. It works as expected but every single day i get the pop asking for my license. super annoying. not worth your money. every single positive review is from afilliates trying to get more money

Magic keys absolutely positively suck! I ordered and was excited to start use them. After struggling to get them link to meta trader I thought I was finally there. But So many risk parameters to set that it's mind blowing for someone who not a computer programmer by trade. The magic keys tutorial is very undetailed on rr setting. I placed a trade and was taken out of the trade 4 seconds later with a loss and my stop loss was far from hit. Some dumb parameter setting that I was unaware of got me out. And tutorials on YouTube are by stoner traders that think they know it all but know nothing. You think David carli, Ron booker or the major banks use these things then think again...useless

I ordered 1st device, stopped charging within a month, support was very quick to reply and sent me a new device right away as a replacement though the same issue happened on the 2nd device about 3 months in using it.

Now I'm not sure if they will be replacing this 2nd device again. Really hoping they will as Magic Keys is an integral part of my trading.

Other than those issues above, this device is a GAME CHANGER, REALLY love it.

Contrary to what other users have said, I found the customer service friendly and helpful whenever I needed it. Furthermore, Magic Keys is an indispensable tool in everyday trading that I couldn't do without.

The worst ! Do yourself a favor and do not get this . If you want to buy a difficult product where customer service won’t respond and leave you clueless this is for you. They don’t respond to emails , there is no way to contact via phone , you will basically buy something that will be very difficult to connect , and if there are any issues if you get lucky to connect it , good luck finding someone who is willing to help. Very frustrating product !

Paid for online subscription. Could not even install it as I keep getting error and no support available to assist to fix the issues. waste of money. DO NOT BUY fake advertising looks like a scam to me.

I ordered the magic keys from the company but I have never received the item as it was stolen from FedEx, the driver from FedEx signed instead of me and stole my item.
Impossible to get paid back at that time. It is really a shame, FedEx and Magic keys are not serious companies, terrible and I will assign both of them if they don’t find a solution for me!!!

Upon receiving my magick keys device I excitedly proceeded to connect my device to my computer..during this process I realized that I didn't have the code to activate my license..upon further inspection I learned that I was supposed to receive the activation code via email when I initially purchased the device..I never received a code, so I've been attempting to contact customer support to no success..I've sent countless emails addressing my issue..it's now going on a week & no one has responded or contacted me for assistance..I even sent them a dm on their Instagram page & I only got a autoreply stating that they got my message & will respond asap..that was 5 days ago & I'm still waiting..$185 bucks & customer service is non existent..Beware!

Magic keys is a game changer for risk management and take profit. Highly recommend.

Installation it requires a little knowledge on expert advisors, which every trader should learn. If it doesn’t work, learn how to install expert advisors which is a simple process. Cheers

I purchased Magickeys, Magic Keys, the online version.
The installation and FAQ is limited to most typical scenarios; beyond that, the email customer support is only an auto reply, providing a single suggestion. And this response is the same for any number of support request you make. No ticket, and very little info on Reddit or Google search, beyond the usual praise for the product as a " whole".

My issue was not getting a black status box after adjusting Expert Advisor settings within the chart. And without that, the settings are not set.
I've contacted MK a few times and, It's now 4 days later, and I can't use the product to execute any oppertunities with this MT4 plug in. Did I mention, I paid for this..

My honest review on this amazing Risk Management Tool " Magic Keys ", I am extremely impressed with Magic Keys. The design of the product is user-friendly and makes it easy to navigate and access all the features. One of the best things about this product is wireless as it has Bluetooth connectivity so you never have to worry about carrying extra cable to keep it connected, it comes with a small USB cable to charge (Only had to charge mine twice for the last 12months). also the fact that is small and compact as you can easily fit it in your laptop bag and travel anywhere with it. I was able to enter position with a single click of a button and manage my positions precisely . The concept of this amazing tool is to manage risk such as closing half position or certain percentage of the position with a single press of a button and you can even change the percentage of how much you would want to close each time. The ability to see how much you will be risking / gaining before entering a trade, Auto Partial close once price hit a certain target which can be chosen by you, Once you install and link your Magic Keys to your MT4 / MT5 or cTrader you can see how many trades you've taken on that day and it shows you how much you gained profits etc so it keeps you up to date with your statistics.

Overall, I highly recommend Magic Keys to anyone looking to take their trading journey to the next LEVEL . It helped me a lot and I am confident it will do the same for others too.

Customer service : I had an exceptional experience with the customer service team from start to finish as I had some questions regarding the product and the representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He went above and beyond.

I have emailed the company twice and not had a response. I paid them for the device last week I should have it by now but fed ex said they haven’t received the item.., I’m not happy as they don’t have a telephone number and haven’t responded back to me via email…. Have I been scammed ?
