Magmacleaners Reviews

I just booked my couch and carpets with Gill. Andre was very friendly, professional and hardworking. He made all my upholstery like brand new. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again

Amazing services, very pleased with the carpet steam cleaning done. Thank you so much.

Reliable and punctual. Cleaned everything and really cared about getting it right.

I trusted Gil and her team with an end of tenancy cleaning and deep cleaning our carpets in my property. My family and I are very satisfied with the quality clean they provided- Gil was quick to respond to any queries we had, and the cleaning team were transparent with what they could do and what needed to be done. I will be going to them again for my other properties.

Great communication from initial enquiry. Updated and clear with quote. Arrived prompt and worked very methodically. Brilliant service ! Thank you .

Very bad customer service. I left a message on the mobile number they gave because I wanted to use them. I didn't get a reply. I then used the contact details on their website and didn't get a reply. I don't understand companies that do this.

We’ve been using Magma Cleaners for over five years, and they continue to impress us every single time!

The cleaners are professional, punctual, and thorough. They always arrive on time, come well-prepared, and leave our home spotless and fresh. We appreciate how tidy and respectful they are while working — they take real pride in what they do.

Excellent service. I contacted them at a very short notice but they still managed to arrange cleaning for the next day. The cleaner who came to our home was very professional, polite and efficient. She did a thorough deep cleaning and left us very happy. I would definitely recommend their services to everyone. Significantly better than arranging deep cleaning from big agencies.

Very efficient and professional service with a very high standard of cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

Excellence at its best
Required minimal supervision, hit the ground running. No instructions required. Very pleasant friendly family business. Extremely impressed with the high standard and quality of the clean. A pleasure to work with and will certainly be recommending and using them again.

Thank you.

These guys are incredible, I just moved in to my new apartment and I found it spotless, I’m very happy!
I highly recommend them!!!

Amazing services done today at our family home. Lígia and Andrew left the place spotless.
Thank you so much!

Never turned up . Contacted them 15min after they were supposed to turn up only to be informed they would come two days later. Totally unprofessional. Waste of my time. Avoid

We booked in Magma cleaners for a deep clean of our commercial catering unit at short notice. Team were prompt and worked with great efficiency. The result was very thorough and everything looking as new. Will definitely be doing a regular deep clean a few times a year and really happy to have found a trustworthy company.

We booked Magma for the first clean of our new home. A team came by, completely professional, friendly and efficient. They managed to remove grime and left us with a home that had been deeply cleaned in a near mint condition. Gill and her team were a dream to work with, and made moving in to our home very easy.

Magma cleaners provided an exceptional service. They were punctual and communication was excellent. They transformed my property which was challenging in one day! Would highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service. Response time same day or within 24 hours. Their cleaners are very meticulous, friendly and professional. Always grateful for their service.
