Magmacleaners Reviews

An entire house cleaner prior to putting out property on the market for sale.

We were told it would SPARKLE... what an understatement!!!

Amazing friendly and efficient service!

TOTAL RECOMMEND!!!

Thank you

Amazing and highly professional service from the Magma Cleaners team. They attended my flat at 8am in a team of four and had everything completed by 11am. Our landlord was extremely impressed and our bond was fully refunded. Highly recommend this cleaning service!

Amazing cleaning service. I am very satisfied with the work done. Very much appreciated!

Excellent reliable cleaners. They did a thorough job cleaning under all the beds and furniture and inside the kitchen cupboards. Communication with Gill was excellent. Cleaners arrived on time and left the house looking and smelling clean

Thorough cleaning, attention to detail, just gets on with it! I've used Magma Cleaners a few times now and never disappointed.

We had recently had building work done in the downstairs parts of our house, plus the upstairs was in need of a good spring clean.
Communication with Magma Cleaners was straightforward, and on the day the cleaning team arrived promptly.

The team of three worked thoroughly, and I was impressed with the attention to detail, especially given the areas affected by building dust that just gets everywhere.
The team ensured we were satisfied with the cleaning in all areas before leaving, and I found them excellent value for money.

I’ve been using Magma Cleaners for nearly a decade now, both in my own home and for cleaning rental properties I own. The service is always impeccable with punctual, polite and respectful staff who clean to extremely high standards. They are always happy and willing to listen to instructions and do their best to ensure we are happy as customers. Highly recommend.

Professional and trustworthy cleaning company, I have been using Magmacleaners for over 3 years now and I have not one single compliant. 10/10 service.

I was very impressed by the way the team was...., Fast, efficient and friendly. They did the job within the time set. I could not believe the result.
I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

Great service

Highly Impressed with this company. Cleaning was superb, given the state of the flat. I would recommend & use them again.

Wasted £320 for so called 'after building work' cleaning! I was expecting proper thorough cleaning been done, what I got was a quick wet sponge passed quickly over some surfaces. The 4 'professional' cleaners that came to the house looked unmotivated and lazy.. after 2 hours they called me to say they had finished the job. I was surprised they did a 3 bed house so quickly considering I was promised by their manager Gill a thorough cleaning of everything inside out. I went there and started checking. I basically had to ask them to redo everything as my hand was feeling dust left inside kitchen cupboards, window cills, bathroom etc... I paid but I will never use these people again!! I will have to clean everything myself when I move in. Waste of money completely! Stay away from this company!!

Cleaners were on time in fact very early! They cleaned very well and the house looked super clean! Highly recommended

Called them on the morning of needing a builders clean. They turned up at 130am same day and didn’t leave until the job was finished at 8pm.

Excellent service

Gill and her team were a delight to work with. Our landlord’s inventory check guy was pretty picky and made a list for improvement. But the team kept promise and came again and even landlord was impressed with their attitude and professionalism.

Magma Cleaners have done a brilliant job in our house! It was an after builders work and we were impressed with the little details of cleaning they have done.
We will definitely re-book when needed. They even accommodated for the time of arrival considering the painter got delayed with his job.
The communication process of booking is also quite easy, via whatsapp and the team responds in a timely manner.
Thank you again for your service!

I needed a deep clean of my mums house prior to putting it on the market. I had a fantastically quick response to my initial query, Magma fitted the job in quickly and arrived right on time. Staff were courteous and cheerful, and gave a pretty accurate idea of how long the job would take. They did an amazing clean which has made this a much easier process for me. Thank you to all of you

Super easy and efficient End of tenancy clean – Thanks so much for a fantastic and very easy End of tenancy clean. Your communication was very easy throughout the process while we were moving home and quite stressed.
Exceptional cleaning of carpets, oven, walls, windows, light fittings, floors, bathroom, bedrooms, living areas and garage. Thank you so much. Highly recommend for ease of experience and piece of mind. Thank you Ligia, Vitor and Andre!

Magma cleaners did an after building work clean on my 3 bedroom property. It was very dusty beforehand and they did a terrific and thorough cleaning job. I am quite picky and I was impressed with their work.

Had a wonderful experience with Magma cleaners. Found their details on a local north London Facebook website when I was looking for a post builders clean. The cleaners were very thorough, kind and considerate throughout. They also wiped down the walls to remove all the dust, which was a service we really struggled to get any cleaning company to agree to do! Would strongly recommend!
