Absolutely incredible from start to finish. Comms when I first contacted were great. Price totally transparent from the get go and the team turned up on time and kept my updated when they were en route.

We asked Magma to do a full house clean for us the day after we moved in to our new home which wasn’t left in the best of cleanliness by the previous owners. Magma sent a team of 4 cleaners to us and they worked their socks off for 6 hours solid. They cleaned every inch of the house and to an incredibly high standard. The house looks and smells super clean and I am so happy with the results. When we moved in the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t seen a cloth in years but they have literallly been transformed. The kitchen is sparkling and the oven looks brand new. I would love them to do a weekly clean for me but sadly they don’t do weekly cleans for our area. I would highly recommend and would use them again without hesitation!

I would like to commend Will and Renato. They were so hardworking and thorough and paid attention to all the details. They were kind enough to stay until the job was completed and were gracious and kind throughout (especially Will-genuinely such a sweet guy). Communication from Gill was prompt and reliable. I will definitely book with you again

I am quite surprised at all the 5 star reviews, perhaps I was unlucky or maybe I have higher standards.
The good points were communication with Gill was prompt and polite initially.
The cleaners turned up on time.
For a basic clean I am sure it would have been fine but I wanted a deep clean to get the bits done which I haven’t had time to do.

3 cleaners arrived, smelling very strongly of cigarette smoke, 2 spoke no English and one spoke little English. I think this caused some of the problems because we went through the house together and I explained what needed doing. We agreed a price and they got to work.

I went out to leave them to it and expected for the deep clean and detailing involved they would be a good few hours so I was surprised to get a message 2.5 hours later to say they will be leaving shortly.
I made my way back home to find the cleaners standing outside with the door wide open (heating on, mid winter).
One of the cleaners asked me to go and check I was happy with the work, straight away I could see the kitchen floor was dirty, bin had not been wiped down, none of the walls, doors and skirting boards had been wiped down as I had asked.
They come back in and very unhappily started spraying cleaner on patches of the wall and wiping off and then asking me if it’s better. I said yes but the whole hall, stairs and landing and all rooms needed to be done.
They were obviously very unhappy and were talking to each other in their own language and rushing to do what I had asked. In the end I just said yes it’s fine just so they would leave and take the bad attitude.
My lounge had been totally rearranged, sofas and chairs dragged over the wooden floor so scrape and scratch marks on the floor.
Contents of kitchen rearranged, items disappeared and a sentimental item apparently thrown away when asked where it was.
Bathroom items rearranged all over the place.
The detailed cleaning, like around the bottom and back of the loo not done. It was very disappointing.
It’s a small 2 bed house and neither of the bedrooms needed to be cleaned but I was still charged £320. That’s over £35 per hour per person (3hrs) because they didn’t want to take the time to do the job properly.

While I was there they had left the door open and then called me to come and catch my dog which had wandered out.
I had specifically told them, most importantly,
I have 3 elderly dogs, please keep the doors shut and make sure the dogs do not get out.
I found out two days later by a neighbour that she saw my other elderly dog running down the road, to the main road and then a woman and a man running after her trying to catch her. Their lack of following basic instructions and responsibility could have resulted in my dog being killed and/or causing an accident.

Nobody had told me about this and when I messaged Gill and told her this was unacceptable I didn’t even get an apology.

I’m sure the company are fine if you have an empty house, want basic cleaning. But if you want professional cleaning results in a home environment, and especially if you need someone responsible I would absolutely not recommend this company.

The cleaning products they use smell absolutely terrible too, my house smelled like a hospital bathroom for days. Very chemical.

After such a disastrous experience they provided me with at the very least an apology was needed, personally I would have been mortified if my employees had acted this way and I would have refunded the money and apologised profusely and gone out of my way to send flowers as another token of how sorry I was. But nothing. Just in it for the money and no customer service at all.

Magmacleaners saved my end of tenancy cleaning. They did a superb job, worked efficiently and were very helpful. I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome or the experience itself. Will definitely be hiring them again!

Excellent service from Magma Cleaners. I employed Magma for an end of decoration job, the house was an absolute mess. The service was of a very high standard with attention to detail. The team were friendly, pleasant and hardworking! I also had the sofas and rug steam cleaned. The pricing was competitive too. I have asked Magma to become my regular cleaners! Highly recommended.

I have used this company twice. The most important thing to say is that the cleaners are really lovely and very efficient. They do a brilliant cleaning job. 
The reason for only three stars is for the confusion in the office. On both of the occasions, I’ve used them they have changed the date of the visit with just a day or so’s notice, causing me great inconvenience. On the second occasion the office had completely mislaid all our paperwork, with the result that they were going to charge me for a three bedroom house whilst I live in a one bedroom flat. Not only did this cause me quite a shock, when the bill was sent, but also because of this they sent three people, which in a small flat made it impossible to get out of the way so that we had to go out.  I am disabled and of very nervous disposition and the aggravation left me exhausted. I am not saying not to use them but make sure you get everything in writing and that you are on the same page as they are. I will use them again, but I will be extremely cautious. 

A very reliable company. We have worked with Magma for several years over several households. Very flexible and always with a good can-do attitude. Gill is easy to communicate with and very helpful when it comes to having to adjust times or extra ad-hoc work.

I have been using Magma Cleaners for over a year now and their cleaners are really professional delivering high quality standards. The overall company support is great and very prompt when changing staff requirements.

We had to book a deep clean after tenants left a property in a state. A lot of grime and grease in the kitchen and bathroom. The cleaning done was amazing, there is no way we could have done it ourselves. The cleaners were professional, polite and took really good care of the property. Really happy and would use again.

My son recommended Magma after his house move deep clean. The team were brilliant for him and so I asked for the team for our house move.

Everyone arrived on time and set to work logically and very thoroughly. We still had packing going on but the team worked with us calmly in our chaos!

Magma cleaners cleaned the property before we moved in so naturally we contracted them for an end of tenancy deep clean and carpet steam clean when we moved out. They communicated well, provided a thorough cleaning service and even managed to removed a few stains that I had trouble removing. Fantastic experience from start to finish.
