Magmacleaners Reviews

Have used this company multiple times and they’ve been great every time!

Amazing services!

I like the fact that the team shows up when scheduled and get the job done in the amount of time that has been agreed upon. They are very thorough and always ask if there is anything else they can address that may have been missed. Friendly & professional.

I came across their ad in a Facebook group while searching for someone to deep clean my mum's house, which hadn't been deep-cleaned in quite a while due to her health problems.
Two wonderful guys showed up and did a fantastic job – the cleaning was thorough, and the results were impressive. I really appreciate them arranging it on such short notice. Please extend my gratitude to Will and Renato for their hard work and efficiency. I hope they had a safe journey home.

Thanks once again!

Personally I recommend magma cleaners, I’m amazed by the friendly and attention to detail team, my home it’s like new just impeccable cleaning.
Very happy with the prices and with the team that clean my home, many thanks to Andre and Lígia for the cheerfully time spend with you and for your work quality

Awful . Had to get them back 3 times . Didn’t move anything ,not a deep clean at all . Didn’t finish job properly or give any refund . Sent me into a depression as I had saved to get it done .

Manga cleaners were amazing.
Quick response to every message and extremely professional.
The house was cleaned immaculately for the new people buying my house , from skirting boards to ceilings. Mess I still had out was even tidied ! It also smells gorgeous. Feel blessed with the people who came 😍.

I found Magma Cleaners through Facebook. It was a Saturday and I needed someone to do a clear up and deep clean of a bathroom following a major leak. They were amazing really good comms, fair price. I couldn’t actually confirm the time until 5:30pm on a Saturday afternoon and they still said they would be there within in the hour. The bathroom was left spotless and sparkling. I cannot recommend enough. What a great cleaning company.

I was handed the keys to my new house which was left so filthy it looked like it hadn’t been lived in for years, truly heartbreaking to walk into and bring my kids into. Then Will, Ligia and the team turned up very punctual and worked nonstop until the house looked like a home we could actually live in! They did such a fantastic job and Will was so helpful I couldn’t have asked for any better.

The result made me feel so happy and quite emotional, I would 100% recommend them and use them again myself. Thank you all for your hard work ❤️

The most amazing company to work with did an amazing deep clean, i was so amazed how emaculate the job was done, will defo be using them again would 100 percent recommend to any one who needs cleaning! They were professional, punctual, great communication and very professional cleaning standards once again amazing!

Punctual, very efficient and non judgemental. I was very happy with the deep clean service of my flat today. Ligia, Lua and Andres did a really thorough job and cleaned absolutely everything. I hope to use the service
regularly going ahead.

Excellent service. The team were punctual, professional and did an excellent job of cleaning my kitchen. Would 100% use them again!

Fabulous Service Thank you

Great company to deal with. They cleaned professionally and even came back to the property for areas the agent felt needed attention. Highly recommend

Amazing cleaning and super caring cleaners! I’ve been using magma cleaners company for 3 years now and since the first time it has always been amazing! I really recommend it! Thank you for the amazing job! ❤️

We had a horrible experience with Magma cleaners as they backed out at last moment. They just sent a WhatsApp message at 8PM, night before the clean, saying they won’t be able to do it. Post that they didn’t even had decency to take a call from me or even give a call back. I got stuck as I had to handover the house to owner the next day evening. I had to book some other agency to do the cleaning by paying them additional fees. Lack of communication and no ownership from Bia was a big let down.
Contrary to other views, I would highly recommend to not hire this cleaning agency for end of tenancy clean.

Magma Cleaners is everything you need!
I used their services for an end of tenancy contract and we had some issues to begin with, but what makes a good company the BEST to me, it’s the way they handle problems when they come… and how Magna cleaners sorted out my issue it’s admirable!!
We really appreciated and felt heard and looked after.
Thank you so much for your services and for being a great profesional cleaning company that take it’s job and it’s clients seriously.
