Magmacleaners Reviews

Wow we are so impressed! We had the cleaners today at my mums house, Vitor and Letícia did an excellent job. The house had dirt and grime after all the furniture got shifted out of it and I am absolutely impressed by the work, the two professionals team did over 8 hours at the 4 bedroom house. The price was very reasonable and they had an efficient no-nonsense approach to what was an overwhelming task. Thank you so very much for a job really well done.

The cleaners were booked by our tenants in Shepperton , the standard was extremely poor, lots missed, the only areas done well were the oven and fridge freezer .Dust everywhere, nothing moved . The shower plug was appalling full of hair . Socks found behind radiator ! We had to reclean everywhere ,thank goodness our new tenants were not moving in same day ,they did offer to come back but we refused as we felt a waste of time .Very disappointing .

I am very disappointed with their cleaning. Especially after reading all the stellar reviews. I paid for a deep cleaning but received a very superficial cleaning instead. A lot of areas where missed, things put in a different place after I specifically said everything to be put back where it was. There were only two things done well, the bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and the oven. Certainly not worth the money. After I complained they sent a cleaner back a few days later to do the areas they missed. Never again!

An unbelievable service!!! Didn’t think it was possible to get my house looking so clean and fresh in just one day, after years of not cleaning it, 4 teens, two dogs and a cat, the whole house was absolutely disgusting! Now it looks brand new! Even the bathroom, toilets, which have been stained for a year are now white again and look like they have been freshly installed! Kitchen cupboards completely covered in food spillages and fermented for some time, now all gone! Not only was the cleaning exceptional but such lovely workers, so polite and caring, really taking pride in their work! The whole process from start to finish was outstanding, easy to book, fantastic communication and great value for money! I can not recommend this company highly enough!

Absolutely brilliant work! Highly recommended 💯

Magma cleaners did an excellent job on our flat this weekend. They arrived on time in spite of a lot of road closures in the area that morning and Andre and Ligia spent four and a half hours cleaning cupboards, windows, electrical equipment including a very dirty oven. Would recommend.

Excellent communication. Great pricing, brilliant timekeeping and a great job. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering for an end of tenancy clean!

This company is absolutley amazing 😍 DONE an end of tenancy clean and loved the end results, even hoped clean the balcony as well 😍😍 amazing service and will be using them again for deep cleans etc in the new flat!

The flat needed an extensive deep clean throughout and Magma cleaners did a fantastic job with a smile.
We would highly recommend them and use them again ourselves if we need to.

This is the first time I have used this company after recommendations made in posts from a local FB group.
I needed a deep clean for my Venetian blinds as they were caked in building dust and a deep oven clean.
The cleaner was absolutely amazing- so friendly and ever so hard working. She worked non stop despite me offering her refreshments.
I thoroughly recommend!

End of tenancy clean - house is cleaner than it has ever been. We have a pet & they have left zero trace.
Have recommend their service to friends. Will definitely use again for regular cleaning service! Hope to see more of the same

The cleaning team had a huge task to clean so much in one day, in and around furniture and delicates. They spent 10 hours on the flat for an end of tenancy clean and the final inspection gave great feedback.

Magma’s team of cleaners worked so hard all day to deep clean our grandmother’s home. The results were incredible and they were lovely people to have around. We are so pleased/thank you!

We used Magma Cleaners for a one off deep clean as a busy household with pets and toddlers. They’ve done a fantastic job, the place is cleaner than when we moved in. Great communication and punctuality, would definitely use again.
