Magmacleaners Reviews

I’m director of joslyn Cobstructions Limited . I've used their professional cleaning services on our recent finish 3 Bed flat in St John wood and I'm very pleased with the service. The cleaners they send me are friendly and professional. The booking process is also simple to use, and I can expect fantastic results each time. I would definitely recommend them.

Awesome cleaning service!
They did an end of tenancy cleaning for me today and I am very impressed! The house looks spectacular. I am sure the new tenants will be impressed.
I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

We required a deep clean. Magma were Absolutely Perfect. Simone and Wlaker were on time, experienced, efficient and are a credit to your company. 200 out of 10. They went above and beyond taking care not to disturb our very scared of other humans cat. Would highly recommend.

Great service and communication! It was one of the best cleaning services that I ever had. The cleaner was on time, followed the instructions and finished earlier than expected. The service was fantastic and of high standard.

Really great work. Not just cleaning but sorting things out and being organised. Did a thorough clean on all aspects. I’m really happy and would recommend. Particular if you feel overwhelmed with a load of backlog too. Thank you ! 🤩

Very highly recommended. Truly amazing, deep cleaning. I am so happy to have found Magma. They really exceeded my expectations, as this is by far the best cleaning service I've used. Reliable and fast with attention to detail, they did a perfect job for my deep, end-of-tenancy cleaning. I will definitely use again and regularly at my new place. Thank you so much!

Magma did a perfect job deep cleaning our apartment top to bottom, and for a very reasonable price. Happy to recommend and will use them again.

Polite, friendly, responsive, thorough, value for money. Couldn't ask for more

What an amazing company! My house is sparkling and smells wonderful. Even the oven and carpets are shining and clean.
Thank you so much!

Organising the clean was easy but there was a hiccup when I was contacted to say the cleaner was early to an empty property. I dashed over there as didn't want to delay her but unfortunately she couldn't make any kind of start as she had no materials and could not speak any English to be able to discuss the job. There was a long unproductive wait as unfortunately the supervisor with the materials was an hour late owing to traffic which in fairness she was incredibly apologetic for. When informed they were done, I was a little concerned they might have rushed it as per hour this worked out quite expensive. All was forgiven when I saw the flat which is sparkling clean and all the especially dirty areas fully tackled. Although this was an empty property, there was plenty that needed doing and it has all been addressed. I'm really happy with the result. There was a bin that I was planning throw away but forgot to mention and amazingly it has been made to look like new! Very impressed.

If you're going to use this service, don't use their regular weekly cleaners. They are a small business who's focus is the deep large cleans and moves and steam cleans and that is amazing and gold star...however been trying their regular cleaners and experienced nothing but either no English and needing training, to basic English but lazy & super unethical, argumentative, late (like 2 hours plus) then showing up asking to be fed (and this is a new cleaner) then sitting on the job in the bathroom and wanting food, drinks) then asking for their payments. They even admitted to sitting playing mobile games on mobile. So no longer using except for deep clean seasonal jobs .

I recently hired Magma Cleaners for a full deep cleaning job for End of tenancy… four bedrooms house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They were so professional and perfect that I’m so happy with them & their great customer service.
The cleaners were punctual, friendly, and professional, making the whole experience pleasant. They did an exceptional job, leaving no corner untouched including making the oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer look as good as new and excellent service for carpet cleaning and stain removal as well.
Considering the remarkable quality of work, the cost was affordable. I highly recommend Magma Cleaners for their outstanding service that exceeded my expectations.

We’ve just started using Magma Cleaners fairly recently and have been very happy to date. We’ve had four cleans so far (one spring clean, three regular cleans) and each time had Larissa and Sebastian who have always done a great job. They are prompt, friendly and efficient. I really like that the company is transparent with its pricing and always check in that you’re happy with the quality of the work. Happy to recommend!

Commercial Cleaning are very efficient and have a high level of detail not seen often in commercial cleaning services. They are always on time and prompt when asked to quote on additional seasonal cleaning. They are always easy to deal with and very clear and thorough with their communication. A true pleasure to work with.

Very happy with the care and attention to detail taken with our "spring clean" done last week. Team made sure to check in and ask questions, and even captured some areas I hadn't considered that needed attention. End result of course was fantastic and I feel so much more relaxed. Friendly and professional, I will definitely be using you again

I’ve been using Magma Cleaners for more than 2 years and we are very satisfied. They are professional, reliable and lovely staff… l Highly recommend.

Larissa and the boys are amazing! They did a wonderful work for us. For sure I’ll use your services again for deep clean in our property. The attention to details and hard work exceeded my expectations. Thank you Magma Cleaners.

I have used this company's services for almost a decade. They are trustworthy and the cleaners are friendly and efficiently. The owner is pleasant and professional to deal with. Have recommended them to many people successfully, Maria Zullo

We used Magma for End of Tenancy cleaning.
The landlord wasn’t satisfied with the carpet cleaning, when I told the management about it, immediately a cleaner was booked in to re-do the job.
We got our deposit back in full.
Great communication and excellent service.
Highly recommend Magma and would definitely use their services again.

I organised a clean of my new house and Magma did a great job! I wasn’t there to let them in or let them out but they got on with it and did a thorough job, and the property was left sparkling. The work they did on the mouldy black bathroom grout is worth a particular shout out!
