Magmacleaners Reviews

Brilliant service! Moved into a filthy house. They came on time and fully equipped. Truly professional job. Polite and courteous at all times. Was a completely different house when they finished. Will definitely use again.

The service is super easy to use. Everything is dealt with via WhatsApp and Gill is very responsive.

Our cleaner Marianna is excellent - she does a great job with cleaning and tidying, and listens if we need anything done differently or additionally. Would highly recommend!

Highly Recommend. Kitchen and Bathroom are well cleaned. Spotless!

I would throughly recommend Magmacleaners. They were on time and worked hard for 4 hours deep cleaning my kitchen. They even cleaned placed I hadn't thought of. Well worth the money. Only downside is I don't want to mess my kitchen up now by cooking in it. 😁

B E S T housecleaning I’ve ever had! Gil and her team are amazing! They are always professional & do the best job of house cleaning I’ve ever seen. I’ve been using Magma Cleaners for years. I highly reccomend.

Gill and her team arrived promptly for a whole house deep clean and carpet steam. They worked non-stop for over 6 hours and did a great job. They were very thorough in their approach and left the house in a very good state.

Pleasure to deal with - efficient booking and management of payments. Very responsive and easy to schedule. Our cleaner, who has been with us since day 1, when she came for a deep clean, is thorough and always on time.

I’ve always found this cleaning agency to be highly professional and effective. Communication and commercial dealings have been easy and well managed. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a flexible service.

I booked Magma Cleaners for a deep clean of a 1 bed flat in London in Oct 23. They had great references so I was confident they would do a good job. Communication was good ahead of the booking & they managed to fit me in at short notice which was appreciated although the day/time changed twice ahead of the clean & they were an hour late to arrive on the day.

The clean itself was adequate although a little disappointing in some areas - limescale left on the kitchen sink etc which you wouldn’t expect when booking a deep clean.

There were some issues following the oven clean - the cleaners tested the oven after cleaning it & the fuse tripped, this happened repeatedly and it took a good 36 hours to dry out which was very inconvenient - and has never happened when cleaning the oven previously.

Aside from this, the most disappointing thing was that some of my cleaning materials (including tea towels) have disappeared or been swapped out for own-brand products. As I paid for a deep clean including all products this was very unexpected. I have tried to reach Gill multiple times about this but am yet to get a response so see no other option than to leave a review.

We have used Magma Cleaners for an initial deep clean of our new property in St Albans; they have been fantastic, turning up early, working efficiently and cleaning extremely thoroughly; they have in particular transformed the bathroom and kitchen. Highly recommended

My experience of Magma Cleaners was exceptional from the very first contact I had with Gill. I booked a deep clean (with all walls to be sugar soaped) before moving into a new house, which was a probate house and not lived in for a couple of years.

Gill was extremely responsive, ensuring Magma cleaners were available to work within the tight timelines we had.

The team of Magma Cleaners arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day. I could not have hoped for a better clean. Everything was spotless and the team were friendly, clearly wanting to do a good job. They asked me to check the house before they left, offering to redo anything if I was not happy.

Excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend - thank you!

If you are reading this because you're looking for an excellent cleaner, your search is done.

Magma Cleaners is by far the best cleaner I have ever used. EVER. For context, as a child I used to help my grandmother clean houses. I know what great cleaning looks like. Magma Cleaner might be even better than my grandma (don't tell my grandma that part!)

We recently moved into a flat that was "cleaned". Soon as we walked in, I wanted to cry. It was so dirty and in disarray.

I quickly called Magma Cleaner and they were able to come very very quickly. They came with all their supplies and tools, and spent the day nonstop cleaning and scrubbing.

I was in absolute relief when I came home to a PRISTINE house. They did absolute magic! I now feel so happy in my house.

After this experience I quickly reached out to see if I can book them weekly

Magma cleaners came to my rescue when I moved into my new home and found it in a filthy state. I called them on the day in despair and they came to the party. Arrived with a team of about 5 at 6pm on Friday evening and worked until early Saturday. I hardly recognized my house the next day.
Would highly recommend them.

Hi lovely, we are now on our holiday before we move into our new place. Our buyers were so happy with the clean, and want us to pass on your details as they have a Property Portfolio. You saw them today, they live next door.
We can not praise you guys enough for what you have done for us. We are so grateful 🙏. You all worked so hard and we appreciate so very much. We wanted to move back in !! Sending you all best wishes and love and happiness for the future. 🙏🏼😘 xxx not to mention helping me with walking and the hugs at the end. You are cleaning legends 🙏 xxx

Second time we've used Magma Cleaners for End of Tenancy cleaning and we weren't disappointed. Communication in arranging the clean was prompt and pricing was in line with other local companies.

The team arrived on time and were very friendly. Due to the state the property was left in, the team spent an entire day working hard to turn it around and did a tremendous job. We would most certainly use Magma Cleaners again and highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend Magma cleaners! Friendly, efficient and incredibly thorough. Our house looks like new after a deep clean. Thank you!!

Magma cleaners are absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise them highly enough. The team that cleaned our house were friendly and polite and they did such a brilliant job of cleaning everything, we were completely amazed at their skills. The house looks like new again after an intense and messy building project. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Needed a deep clean for a property at short notice. They were there all day and did an excellent clean. Second time using, would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant cleaners who cleaned to a high level in an end of tenancy clean. Would definitely recommend.
