Magmacleaners Reviews

Really pleased :)
There was some miscommunication/ confusion through messages which made me a little concerned however the cleaners arrived on time and did a great job. We had moved into the property the day before so wanted it deep cleaned and it made such a difference and we now feel we can relax a little begin to make it a home. Thanks so much. Would definitely recommend!!

Gill’s team was fantastic. They were timely, easy to communicate with, and thorough! We received our entire security deposit back and I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs end-of-tenancy cleaning!

Not impressed. They arrived well over an hour late.
There was a huge amount of dust in the bin that had clearly been manually pulled out of the tiny hoover hole (the hoover shouldn’t be cleaned this way, you should replace the bag with a new one). I wonder how much cleaning time that wasted?
Ironically, the dust I asked to be cleaned was all still there.
Mop was broken but this wasn’t mentioned, I just found it.
House was tidier but didn’t feel as clean as I’d hoped for a 3 hour clean of a small flat.

Fantastic job cleaning the carpet. I would call them again. Fast, reliable and good result.

We got an end-of-tenancy detailed cleaning last Saturday. The team knew what they were doing. They were very quick and professional. The price was good as well. We checked out from the 4-bedroom house with compliments. I truly recommend Magma Cleaners.

Great service - cleaned my daughter’s house from top to bottom - cleaned carpets - cleared out cupboards - looks amazing - would highly recommend - will certainly be using them again - first class

Arrived on time and worked extremely hard for a long time to do a thorough deep clean. They cleaned surfaces I never even knew we had! Highly recommend.

The cleaners were AMAZING! I’ve never seen anything like it, my house looked so good, I didn’t want to leave!!

The cleaners were very nice people, they went over and above my expectations. 👏👏👏

I will definitely be recommending you, and will use your company again.

Beyond expectations. Cannot recommend Magma enough. The entire house is spotless. Everything looks brand new. The oven was filthy, and now looks like new. They even cleaned the washing machine...
Don't even think twice about using them. One word ... FANTASTIC!

Very very goooood job !!! Well done to this wonderful team who has made a very great job in our flat ! Everything was super clean very quickly! Staff was super kind !

Used for end of tenancy cleaning and they were polite and did a fabulous job
The house looked brand new
Would really recommend
Thank you again!

Magma did an excellent job in a house that was currently occupied by a hoarder. It was in a terrible state and they turned up and made it look beautiful.

Such a reasonable price too. I would never hesitate to use this company again and will recommend to everyone

Thank you

Excellent end of tenancy clean. Carpets looked great and oven in particular was spotless afterwards. Really happy with the work done and great communication beforehand.

We have the chance now to count Magnacleaners as part of our business network.
They did a fantastic after-building work cleaning yesterday at my client's place.
It was an 8 months project, you can imagine the condition f the property.
Well, they didn't count the hours and the site is now spot on.
The attitude of the staff, the quality of the service and punctuality deserves a 5 stars.

This is the first time using their service, 3 cleaners are very polite ,helpful, professional and hardworking. They did a very good job. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic from start to finish. Great communication, very polite cleaners and they did a wonderful job. Very impressed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Really impressed with this service - the quality of cleaning was excellent

The 3 cleaners arrived. Very polite, efficient cleaners, completing all areas previously arranged and were happy to show myself that area they cleaned. The products was standard household products and the house was full of items that they moved and put back, Magma did an outstanding deep clean job. I would recommend them. Thank you. 😊

Gilcely and the team is very responsive and hard working. Their end of tenancy cleansing services is prefect and is highly recommended.
