The Magnet team have been fantastic throughout our development, very good on rates and it was good to have a direct point of contact which we meet through teams, personally I thought this was a great touch putting a face to a name.

1st class service from the guys at Magnet. If you want a funder that knows property development inside out and that can make decisions to lend instantly and without hierarchy then I strongly recommend hitting these guys up.

I can't recommend Magnet Capitol enough, they recently funded a development for me which ran through unprecedented times with Covid lock downs and they were accommodating, understanding and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I look forward to doing business again in the future!

Was a pleasure working with Ashley , Sam and Team Magnet again and completing a cracking deal in North London for one of our established clients.

Ashley was proactive, professional, always available and easy to deal with through the entire process from inception to completion. We had numerous hurdles to overcome for which solutions were found immediately for our client (first time developer) during un-certain times.

The case that Magnet funded was on the tricky side with other lenders pulling out at the last minute. Ashley and the team suggested a practicable solution and funded accordingly. This was my first development project and Magnet Capital's help and expertise were needed throughout the project. The project suffered delays, Covid hasn't helped, but Debra and her colleagues were patient. Magnet Capital were recommended to us a company who could help fund our development. On meeting the team at their headquarters, my brother and I were struck by their friendliness, openness and interest in the project we were undertaking (two house renovations and a new-build). Once the loan was agreed Sam, Ashley and Debra continued to liaise closely and were enthusiastic in seeing the project move forward. Importantly, they were receptive and flexible when needed, and ensured that appropriate payments reflected the changing needs of the project. The team was always ready to discuss any issues that arose and their response was always positive. We enjoyed working with them and yes, we certainly will speak to them about future projects.

I have worked with Sam on one project so far and it was a seamless experience. Sam was very quick with his responses and help was always at hand whenever needed. Sam made sure that we could overcome all the obstacles so that the speed and quality of the project was not comprised.
