I completed my first deal today with Magnet Capital. I don't tend to leave reviews but in this instance, it is well deserved.

With the current situation I've had issues, and been let down, by some of the lenders I usually use.

Ashley, Sam and the team worked with me every step of the way. They were quick, responsive and knowledgable.

They really helped me out and their experience in the development space made them much easier to deal with than some of the lenders I had been using.

This was our first development as a company so we were delighted to find Magnet Capital. The whole experience from the first meeting to getting the loan approved was made easy by Sam, Ashley and Debra's approach. Towards the end of the project, we needed some additional funds due to a delay in a VAT refund and this was agreed over a quick 5 minute call with Sam. We will definitely use Magnet Capital on our next project.

We have used Magnet for our first project of building a large detached house. Team at Magnet provide an excellent service with a personal touch. It is nice to be able to meet face to face with whom you work with. We have always felt that Magnet was part of our team and always been able to pick the phone up and speak to Debra, Sam, Jeremy or Ashley on what ever we needed or just to have a chat. Finance works well for us stage payments are released almost instantly after valuations. During the project build phases we talk to Magnet on regular basis. This may be for an update on the project or need for advice as they have invaluable experience in the property development sector. We are about to work with Magnet on our next project of building 2 luxury homes to start in September October 2019. Looking forward to working with magnet for many years to come. I’ve used Magnet (formerly Regentsmead) for 2 developments now, about to commence my 3rd with them. Sam, Ashley, Jeremy and Debra have always been extremely helpful, reassuring and fantastic to work with. Nothing is too much trouble for them and decisions have always been made very quickly. Stage releases come out within hours of inspection ensuring the development progresses quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone considering obtaining development finance.
