Should be a zero. Order never arrived, despite many emails saying despatched, nearly there etc. etc.
The emails all omit the order number, but fortunately retained it. Tracking suggests never despatched. I also received a weird email in German asking me why I hadn’t responded to a previous email, which I hadn’t actually received. I am fluent in German, so not an issue, so asked what they were enquiring about, but only got an automated response in return.

Order number was 53485, if anyone cares.

Been using this for about 2 weeks, makes my face feel smooth.

I love how my skin feels and how easy the products are to use. I've been using Maison for a little more than a week and can see a visible improvement in my skin, not to mention all the compliments I've gotten.
From order to delivery was about 1 week which was amazing.

I know this is a good product but it just didn't work for me. The reason is that it cause a few little red spots on my nos

e & several areas. I do have sensitive skin which I was hoping this would help my face but was afraid to use it. I wasn't to much on having to mix it each time to use but know it's a good product & lots of users will have good success using it. Wishing you lots of success.

The product I got was supposed to be a collagen substance. It is more like a skim milk consistency. The advertisement showed that it was thicker and it was clear going on the face. This is very thin and not the substance as shown on the advertisement. Did I happen to get a batch that was old or not right?

So far I love this product I use it every morning and evening and it seems to be helping with the reducing lines and wrinkles I would definitely recommend this and will be purchasing again.

So far, so good. I just started using it about a week ago. My skin feels great. I will continue to use. It can be a bit messy to apply because its very watery.

Their website states a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with their product. But you only get it back IF the product has not been opened. How can you know if you are satisfied unless you open the bottle.
I have tried 3 times to ask for a refund and am getting the following answer:

The 30-day money-back guarantee refers to the period within which a return can be requested after delivery. However, the product must still meet the requirements outlined in our return policy. For cosmetic products, this means they must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with the seal intact.

That said, we understand your situation and would still like to accommodate you even though the conditions for a regular return are no longer met. As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you a 20% refund without requiring you to return the products.

They need to either remove the 30 day money back guarantee or return my money.

Absorbs well into skin leaving no shiny residue, leaving the skin nice and subtle.

It feels great going on my skin that it did take two weeks to get here and when it came, I had also bought a gel mask that had leaked out on the other products. Other than that I think the product will be great. And was supposed to receive a free gift upon arrival, but it was not there either. Thank you for your time Donna.

I have not been using product more than a week. Not seen results. Product separates and is watery. Not as seen on advertisements. Hoped to see gift to try and order but not sent. 🙁

Quite disappointed with the product very watered down for the price and no effective results, bottle ran out very fast

I have only been using this product for a few days. I need to use it for a few weeks before giving further feedback.

Only been using for couple of weeks and so far so good. I love the way it feels. evaporates right away. Delivery was fast, that was nice.

Quick delivery I wasn't sure about the consistency at first it seemed watery, once used to it I liked it, spears well, soaks in good. Would buy again

Service provided from order to receiving my product was good.
As yet as I have only been using it for a few weeks & I am unable to say there has been a great change.
I do find the product very watery and hence alot is being wasted because of the liquid nature - I think it would be better if the consistency was a little thicker.
I'll leave another review in the next month and let you know of any changes that are happening.
