Аромат чудовий, я його добре знаю. Щодо доставки від Makeup - тут треба враховувати, що зараз посилки з ЄС можуть іти довше. Замовив парфум 28 травня, прийшов через тиждень. Якщо чекаєте щось, розраховуйте, що це не 3-5 днів, а може бути до 10. Але головне, що товар оригінальний і вартий очікування!

Вчора отримала набір для волосся, все окей! Кур'єр приїхав у першій половині дня, перед тим подзвонив, ще й СМС прийшла. Взагалі не очікувала такої швидкості! Дуже задоволена сервісом makeup.com.ua.

Замовляла чоловікові в подарунок парфумерію на makeup все більше, ніж влаштувало. Якість відмінна.

Все супер, замовлення швидко приходять і відповідають опису на сайті, але кур`єр запізнився, чекав його біля 30 хвилин...

Horrible customer care attitude , no international email mentioned on the websites for complaints !

They have hit rock bottom and refuse to rise. They send used cosmetics, as well as low-quality ones, possibly fakes. I saw too late the continuous negative reviews on trustpilot and warning reviews on their website. As a solution to the problem, they offer 60 UAH bonus for the next purchase ))), having sent used foundation serum and eyeshadow. I recommend everyone to leave complaints on dpss.gov.ua, then there will be order with such scammers.

I will add to the review: the money for the used cosmetics was returned, but I had to spend my time on this and go additionally to send the parcel back. They wanted me not to evaluate the parcel at all, this is what scammers do, with the goal of not returning anything to you if the parcel is "lost". I recommend always carefully checking parcels from them at the post office, but for myself I have decided not to deal with this store anymore.

While i was in Germany on vacation i
started using Syoss products and loved them so much that I was trying to buy it here in the US without any luck.I stumbled on this Website and placed an order of 2 Syoss hairsprays
on March 27.2025 and received my items on April 7.2025. I believe the company is located in Poland so it may take a little longer for items to be delivered .

Sto aspettando un rimborso da un mese per un errore commesso da loro stessi "articoli danneggiati e scadenti" non acquistate niente da questa azienda, le recensioni parlano da sole!

Truffatori! Sto aspettando il mio rimborso da 3 settimane, sto per fare il reclamo al servizio consumatori. Vi segnalerò ovunque! Vergogna!

I purchased a Clinique product in the summer which I only needed to open a few months after it was sent to me. I found that it was well beyond its use-by date as it was very dehydrated and unusable. The company didn't answer my email and when I phoned, the representative claimed that they could not process a complaint outside of the 2 week return period. This is shoddy, irresponsible practice. I won't be using them again.

Riporto qui la mia esperienza con il sito makeup.it per aiutare la gente a salvaguardarsi dal fare acquisti su questo sito online pieno di truffaldini. Tutto va bene e a gonfie vele finché acquistate e non vi lamentate di nulla, ma appena avete un problema di qualsiasi natura con la merce che vi è arrivata e provate a contattarli procedono in questo modo: vi chiedono prove su prove del prodotto ricevuto e spariscono per poi ricomparire solitamente facendo o i maleducati dichiarando che il problema è solo vostro o nel mio caso (MI HANNO SPEDITO UN PRODOTTO DI MARCA NOTA SCADUTO E ALTERATO DANNOSO PER LA SALUTE CHE PUZZAVA) facendo i finti beneducati invitandomi a spedire indietro la merce a mie spese. Gli dico, che non ho intenzione di pagare per la restituzione di un articolo che LORO mi hanno mandato in quelle condizioni, al che dopo varie sollecitazioni rispondono finalmente prenotandomi un ritiro della merce. Spedisco la merce indietro, la merce arriva consegnata a Bressanone regolarmente, li chiamo per sollecitare il rimborso ma loro inventano un ulteriore scusa dicendo che l'articolo deve comunque arrivare presso un loro deposito in Polonia e che quindi non possono effettuare il rimborso fino ad allora. Gli chiedo codice di tracciabilità fino in Polonia ma dicono che non c'è alcun codice. Quindi io come dovrei tracciare la merce che ho restituito??!!!! Con il dono della preveggenza???!!! Per farla breve, in questo tira e molla fatto di operatori di call center reticenti e maleducati è passato un mese e non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso!!!!!!! In pratica ho perso i miei soldi e pure la merce che a questo punto avrei fatto meglio a tenermi. Per ricapitolare: NON ACQUISTATE DA QUESTO SITO PERCHE' NON SIETE TUTELATI E LA TRUFFA ALLA PRIMA PROBLEMATICA E' DIETRO L'ANGOLO!!!!!

Ho acquistato un profumo per il costo di 81 euro .e avevo chiesto gentilmente di mandarmi almeno un campionino da provare .l avevo proprio scritto sul l ordine ,all arrivo del profumo il cartone era VUOTO ,nessun campionino .se nn l avevo chiesto magari avrei detto che gli sarebbe sfuggito di mente metterlo dentro il cartone ,ma l avevo scritto 😅sembra che l avevano fatta apposta.

I have to write another review of this ridiculous shop because they contacted me again. And the only reason they contacted me was because of the trustpilot review.

Firstly they accuse me of saying something I did not, I explain that they should read the email I sent and realize their mistake. After that, no apologies and they offer a courier.....

I asked for a courier when I wanted to make the return in the first place because their website clearly states that they will organize a courier for returns. But the first time I asked for that, they said that I need to send it to Poland.

You can imagine the anger and confusion, all of a sudden they are ready to send a courier. I told them OK, but I removed the cellophane because I did not expect to hear from them nor did I expect a courier, which they denied me previously. I have all the e-mails with pictures of the unopened items when I was sending them to Poland before they were returned to me for a confusing reason. Still waiting for a refund from the post office.

And suprise suprise, because i removed the cellophane, they wont accept the return!?!?! This experience with this shop and customer service has been horrible.

They contact me, offer me a courier because of a review but would not listen to me when I asked for courier at the beginning. And then they deny me a return because of a situation they created.

First of all, I'm in love with their range of choice – from the most affordable prices to the niche products. Secondly, I have never had any issues with the delivery - always on time and they will bring the order right to your doors. Also the website is easy to use, making shopping a total joy. They sometimes have issues with the availability of the products, but that is not a big deal, you can always find an alternative.

Много людей пишут оригиналы или не оригиналы тут продаются, мне пока попадались только оригиналы. Но духи я тут не покупаю
