Originally established in 1977 and independently operated by the same family since 1982, Mall Music has grown from a small local music shop into one of Sydney’s most recognised independent music retailers. Easy and great product range
Easy and product was ready very quickly. They held onto it for me too when I couldnt pick it up straight away.

Item out of stock, took 2 days of enquiries to find out
Item was in stock and I paid $50 for express delivery, ordered on Monday at 2pm.
At 11am on Tuesday I emailed to ask where is my order as I had not received any dispatch / tracking information.
Instead of replying by email, Mall music called my phone and my Mum answered as I was unavailable for phone calls.
She passed on the message the following morning "not sure if item is in stock, we are trying to find it."
I rang immediately and was given the same cryptic message; "not sure if item is in stock, we are trying to find it."
I said well it's either in stock or not, and if after two days of "trying to find it" you have not found it, pls refund my order immediately.
It was now Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday were public holidays so after ordering the item from a competitor I still had to wait until the following Monday to receive it.
Had Mall music replied to my email by email on Tuesday I still had a chance to receive it that week.
If Mall music had not listed the item as in stock, or informed me that it is not in stock on Monday, I definitely would have have received it by Wednesday of the same week.
The fellow who processed my refund was polite and helpful and the refund arrived shortly without problems, so he gets a star for that.
Otherwise, very disappointed in the misleading stock information and lack of communication.

We have 2 store locations and we always like to check both locations when there appears to be a stock error. We communicated with you via the contact details provided and processed a refund within 48 hours of order placement. I will remind our dispatch team to ensure they follow up on any phone conversations with an email. I certainly understand that you would have appreciated this update.
