Edited review after the item arrived: I really like my teething necklace, it is good quality and doesn't feel or look plasticy like some of the others do, so feels like actual jewellery as opposed to teething jewellery. I'm only giving 3 stars however because my first one got lost in the post, which is unfortunate and understandable but they did not respond to my query about it until I posted a negative review. The response stated that they hadn't replied to my email because staff were on leave, which is again, understandable, except that they responded as soon as I posted the review, so they had capacity to respond to that which suggests they care more about reviews than customer service for people who don't complain. However once I posted the review it was dealt with quickly and I received my item very quickly after that, so it was positive customer service after I posted the review. I would buy again as I really like the necklace however.

This product is exactly what I wanted, the quality of the goods is worth every penny.

So pleased with my purchase, I bought a teething necklace for me and a bracelet for my husband for fathers day (great to have something for dads!). Jewellery is really well made and was packaged really nicely. They make a great present or treat for yourself.

Fabulous from start to finish. Ordered the “Luxury Pamper at Home Spa Box for Pregnancy and New Mums” for a work colleague but wanted to swap out the chocolate for something else as the recipient was lactose intolerant. I initially spoke to Amanda on the phone and she told me exactly what to do, she also emailed when preparing the gift box and again when it was despatched. Even after my frantic call, because I’d missed the cut off time for next day delivery, the gift was still delivered the next day! My work colleague was absolutely thrilled, she opened the hamper during her Zoom “virtual” baby shower and I have to say it was beautifully packaged with confetti and a lovely card. Beautiful teething necklace! My son loves grabbing it and sometimes likes to chomp it too. The colours are lovely and go with pretty much all of my clothes!
