This is an experience I would recommend again and again. The food was delicious and the chef was lovely. We had a tasting menu for two to end our wedding day and this experience really helped finish off a perfect day.
PS… the bruschetta was mouth watering.

I can't speak more highly of Laurie and Manchester Pasta Co. I used yHangry to find him and he was easy to communicate with and worked with my very particular requirements in terms of menu for our group of fussy eaters and mixed cultures.
What we received on the night was nothing short of spectacular. We had a 5 course menu starting that included canapes, arancini, gnocchi and a steak course, as well as dessert. The whole group absolutely devoured it - I don't think there was even a crumb left after.
Laurie and his assistant were lovely to bring into our rented accomodation - something I was worried about the dynamic as I have never used a private chef before but it will 100% be something we do again and I wouldn't consider anyone else after trying Laurie's food.
To make it even better, the kitchen was left absolutely spotless - meaning we could relax and thoroughly enjoy the whole occasion.

Chef Laurie’s fine dining is more than a meal, it’s an experience! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. Each course was so well thought out and beautifully presented, not to mention delicious. Laurie’s easygoing and professional manner complement his service perfectly. I cannot think of a single negative, except that it ended! Highly recommend for any special occasion.

Dining with Chef laurie was an absolute treat. The menu was creative, beautifully presented, and full of flavours that worked together perfectly. Every course felt special, from the attention to detail on the plate to the way each dish was introduced. It honestly felt like bringing a Michelin-star restaurant into my own home. A truly memorable experience — I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The experience couldn’t have been better! Everyone had a fabulous night thanks to Danny and Adam (aswell as Laurie organising) 🤩 Each course was incredible and all 10 of us had said it may have been the best meal we ever had! Will be booking again for future events💯

Laurie, cooked for four adults in celebration of my husband’s 70th Birthday. An amazing very gifted talented chef who presented us with a delicious meal to perfection. From our choice of menu, the delivery communication throughout Laurie surpassed our expectations. This was the most memorable wonderful experience & we cannot recommend Laurie highly enough. Laurie cooked for us last night for my partners 30th birthday and it was amazing, surpassed all of my expectations.

The booking process was easy. Communication was great and Laurie quickly responded to any questions I had on the planning process.

The food was INCREDIBLE. Everything from the attention to detail, the presentation, it was amazing and we all loved it! Our only negative is that it had to end!!

The kitchen was left immaculate. We didn’t have to worry about anything.

Laurie is an amazing chef! Booked for my friends hen-do and was so impressed. Everything was delicious, Laurie was really nice, professional and everything went smoothly. He even tidied up the kitchen before he left which was amazing :) thanks Laurie! Will be booking again for sure.

Laurie did an amazing job! He cooked for 7 of us and we really enjoyed all the courses. It was relaxed and fun but he was very professional at the same time. Great not to having to wash up at the end of the night after a few drinks too! He was a really nice guy, nothing was too much trouble, he just got on with it and served up delicious food. Food was delicious and Laurie and his sous chef were super professional! Very efficient with cooking, set up the table and cleaned up everything after. They were lovely people as well and made everyone feel very happy and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We hired Manchester Pasta Co to cater for a private birthday celebration, the food was impressive, but it was more than just the food, Laurie made the whole evening an unforgettable experience. We chose the five course menu and each course was equally impressive, we have dined in Michelin star restaurants and i can honestly say Laurie’s food would stand up against the best of them. For anybody looking for a unique and exquisite dining experience, i would highly recommend Manchester Pasta Co

We had the five course tasting menu for a group of 14 for a joint 30th, every dish was amazing, kitchen was immaculate when they left. The two chefs that came were lovely. Best night ever Thankyou so much!

We hired Laurie for a private five-course Italian dinner during a hen party weekend, and it was an incredible experience! The food was absolutely sublime, with every course being a delight. Laurie’s front of house, Daniel, was fantastic and made us feel completely at ease. Highly recommend for a special occasion!
