Love them - very reliable
Just so reliable. Everytime I order something, they ship it within a few days. So far they've been good with keeping true to "item in stock" label. Some stores list item in stock, but turns out they have to order it which adds to waiting time but Manny's don't have any of that so far. Hence why I've been buying from them for years now, prices are cometitive too.

Freight issues
The freight company was dismal and failed to deliver. Multiple phone calls over several days. They always claimed it was with the driver. I had to go to the depot to pick it up. This a local problem and not Manny’s fault.

1-2 business days delivery turns into 2 weeks.
I bought a guitar for a birthday present from their online store. Instead of arriving in 1-2 business days as they advertise, it arrived two weeks after. Their lack of timely and precise communication completely ruined the experience for the person receiving the gift.
Not recommended at all.
