Now I gotta switch to lucky strike to afford my habit or even make sense of buying them. Nothing has changed that makes Marlboro so expensive. I'm never paying those prices for your name. HORRENDOUS QUALITY
HORRENDOUS QUALITY. I’ve gone to numerous places to buy cigarettes in the past 3 months all but 1 have had decent quality. They either just pour out the paper onto the ground soo dry with pretty sized pieces of sharp wooden splinters or so many damn seeds with different colored “tobaccos” BUT tonight was the kicker every single cigarette had this almost glue or sap at the tip of all 20 of them. The taste was disgusting(not that was any different from the other but EXTREMELY DISGUSTING THIS TIME) I know it’s not the stores fault I’ve seen them getting a fresh delivery it’s obviously MARLBOROS factory.I get y’all wanna save a couple bucks BUT putting in pieces of wood or some kind of weird textured papers with half the forest in them is just down right RAUNCHY!! Even USAs who’s a discount cigarette company who’s almost if not more expensive than good ol MARLBORO has been horrible quality. Pretty good experience with this company. I wish they would be a little more generous with coupons, though. A lot of places I go to get cigs don't take the coupons and seems to be happening more and more. As far as the site goes it's easy to earn and redeem rewards in my experience. I have been earning rewards for several years and have redeems for products from the catalog including a dart board, Yeti tumbler, venmo gift card and more. Never had an issue receiving my rewards. I do wish you could enter more pack codes per month bc I have a lot saved up and have to wait to enter more until next month. I will say that I did quit smoking for a few months and then in the mail I received a ton of coupons from Marlboro when before I wasn't receiving any in the maid and could only use the coupons within the Marlboro app. Hey, I guess they missed me.

First, I ask that you read the entire review I've submitted.
As a Black at 57 I use to smoke only Marlboro Red (in the box). I started while 12 and moved to the cheaper ones. So for the last four years I've smoked Gold Menthol; their only $5 a pack downtown in Los Angeles.
But today, October 30th I picked up a pack of my highly desired regular cigarettes; Marlboro Red in a box.

Before at least I felt like the cost was fair given the opportunity to get back gift cards/ e-cards, and venmo$. Marlboro really had me hooked with these giftcards this last year but maybe it's good that they stopped be because there's cigarettes that tastes the same yet $5 to $7 cheaper.

I enjoy my cigarettes. Marlboro has always been my brand. But with a dollar off coupon on the pack and several locations in Chattanooga, Tennessee that’s a dollar more you pay not a dollar you save. Marlboro needs to get their distributors in check. A dollar off coupon as a dollar off that does not mean Add more to the price and then take the dollar off unacceptable business ethics. Every time I run across Marlboro cigarettes with a dollar off coupon, they literally cost me more than my usual price.

I don't care what anybody says about smoking if you're a smoker, you're a smoker. if you're not, you're not. but if you are a smoker I can tell you this... Marlboro is (in my opinion) a phenomenal company when it comes to customer service and making sure that their customers are happy. they've taken quite a blow over the years, the whole "big tobacco" thing. people are going to smoke if they want to and that's just the way it is. Marlboro didn't addict me to their cigarettes. I made the choice to smoke a cigarette and that was my choice. here's my story about Marlboro... it was about 20 years ago and I had gotten a flyer in the mail I think it was for my birthday or something? It said I had one a trip to the Marlboro ranch all I had to do was pay the airfare. i was so exited! when my then husband (now Ex-husband) got home from work I couldn't wait to tell him I thought he would be just as excited as I was! He was not. he told me it was a scam and that it wasn't real and just to throw it away and forget about it. Regretfully I did. only to find out that it was a real trip to the Marlboro ranch that i had been invited to. I know a lot of people that have been there and got trips the same way and went and had a blast and got a whole bunch of free promo items and whatever. They all said that they had a great time, something that they will never forget. I always regretted it. after that I tried to win trips to the Marlboro ranch they had contests and whatnot but I never did win. I'd forgotten about it long ago. Just recently I decided to email Marlboro and ask them if there was any way to still win a trip to the Marlboro ranch? I told them my story and what had happened. It was almost instantly I got a reply from Marlboro, the person emailing me informed me that they were not having contests that you could win trips to the Marlboro ranch anymore as a matter of fact they had sold their Marlboro ranch years ago. They were very sorry to have to tell me this news and that they knew it wouldn't even compare but offered me some free coupons. I told him I didn't need any,
I get enough coupons off of my Marlboro rewards account that I have. I thank them and they sent them to me anyway. it was the quick response and the way in which the email was written that I appreciated. We buy cigarettes and that company doesn't have to give us anything. They can take our money and they don't have to worry about anything people are going to smoke. So we're going to buy them whether they give us free stuff or not. Every year on my birthday I get a card from Marlboro and a gift. They have Marlboro rewards I don't know if anybody knows but they still have the Marlboro points on the inside of the pack I've gotten so much venmo cash and other items like a Roku all kinds of things from Marlboro. they have that program and they don't have to do that for their customers, but they do. my parents don't even remember my birthday but every year I get something from Marlboro.

Defective drone
Drone came defective and it’s been out of stock since I asked for replacement. Total scammers and what a joke that you are limited on how many points you can get per month. I’ve had enough points for tablet for over a year now but with limit it will be forever and I’m sure once I go to order it will of course be out of stock. These people are demonic and should be shut down. Never seen the likes of this kind until dealing with these crooks.
I'm starting to think they are scamming when it comes to shipping rewards
I've been using the app for over 5 years putting the codes in etc I usually receive my prizes but I ordered a 25$ Uber card and they sent me a $10 one. Eventually they refunded some of my points. Well this year I ordered a $25 visa gift card in Jan. When it didn't arrive by March they said they were sending another one. It's now June and no gift card. My address has been the same for the last 6 years. Why don't they use tracking numbers for their rewards products that get shipped out? I've emailed them twice within the last 2 weeks to tell them I didn't receive the card and they haven't responded. I use to enjoy getting points and redeeming rewards but not anymore. I think it's a scam and they are possibly keeping our merchandise
Coupon Scam
I have been trying for months to use my pack code points for coupons for redemption on purchases. The 5100 point coupons have been out of stock off & on since October 2023, but more recently since March 2024 they have been "Out of Stock". I check at least once weekly, Phone calls to their number results in NOTHING!!!! This smells of a SCAM! Has this company ever heard of printing companies??? I'm one very disgusted customer & wish the BBB would intervene!

This site is a scam. I collected points for several months and ordered something. I didn't arrive in the time they provided so I contacted customer service. I contacted them several times about the order. All they do is say we are escalating it and nothing happens. It has been 16 months since my order and they now say they won't ship or refund.
I am changing brands. They obviously don't want my business.
