Foolishly ordered some orthopaedic trainers through an Instagram ad and when they arrived (from China, of course) not only was the sizing laughably incorrect, but they stank of volatile organic compounds. The stitching and materials were also poor and the edges were unfinished.

Customer service is basically non existent and they want you to return the product to China if you want a refund.

This is a scam site that’s been stuffing trust pilot with fake reviews. Everything on their site is fake.

Wish I had looked at the actual reviews on trustpilot rather than the ones they publish on their website! AWFUL experience. I still maintain the the shoes look awesome, but they took almost a month to arrive and when they did, the quality is poor AND even worse, the sizing is totally out. I was excited to find out these shoes went up to a UK size 10, but when they arrived - even though they say EU 44 on the back (which is a UK size 10), they are probably a size 8 and I couldn't fit my feet in them. Exceptionally disappointed. The customer service has been DREADFUL and even though these shoes are faulty with the sizing, they are saying I need to pay the postage back - which amounts with tracking to just under £20... (if I sent it untracked they would probably say they didn't get them back) or they can give a gesture of goodwill and refund me 30%? Seriously avoid, avoid, avoid. Total rip off and disappointment. I am going to contact trading standards or whoever will listen to my complaint!

Wish there was a NO STARS rating. Stay well clear of this company. Total SCAM. Order a size 9 as recommended to go up a size on their website. They arrived: made cheap, smelt, orthopedic DEFINITELY NOT and a size 9 of a child. Refund is to pay to return to China and its got to be done in 30 days. STAY AWAY FROM MARLEY SHOES

Avoid at all costs.

Dropped shipped shoes that do not look anything like the pictures or description. They’re not leather and squashed into plastic bag. Never received such bad quality shoes in my life.

AVOID AVOID you will waste your money and will not be able to get a refund.

Ordered orthopedic sandals. Arrived after 3 weeks and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Advertised as leather but are actually cheap plastic and the sole was a totally different colour to that shown. Do not order from this company they won't let you return goods or answer your emails. Their shoes are cheap rubbish!!

I purchased several pairs of shoes for my husband. When they arrived they were of poor quality and nothing like they said on their website. £139 was taken from my bank account in July and I am still waiting for a reply to my emails requesting a refund. I have sent several emails and they are not getting back to me. I would never use them again and I am totally frustrated with their lack of communication. There is no telephone number to contact them and I would complain but don’t know who to complain to!

This company is a total rip off. My wife ordered 2 pairs of leather sandals. They duly arrived and it was clear that they were NOT leather as stated plus they were very narrow. Overall very poor quality. Contacted the company who said return the items for a full refund.
It cost £20 to return the items to an address in China.
That was 3 weeks ago and despite sending them 3 emails requesting an update,they have ignored them.
My advice DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

The shoes arrived stuffed into a small Jiffy bag as opposed to a box, so they are squashed and out of shape.

They are NOT leather (as stated on their website), they are PVC.

The stitching is poor and the workmanship terrible, with roughly finished areas; hacked endings to straps.

They don't look anything like the image on their website. The heal is a horrible, cheap looking unnatural brown plastic, not black as illustrated.

They are advertised as orthopaedic shoes, and they are comfortable, but that’s the only redeeming feature.

I didnt even want to give 1 star .I tried to cancel order immediately after ordering ignored all my emails I must have sent about 8 Different emails no answer DONT

Bad company to deal with!! Don't bother, shoes are poorly sized & cheap material!! Only give a 30% refund & you have to pay at least £12 return from UK. Couldn't be bothered incase there was more problems..
Ended up putting in charity shop...£40 down!!! Not happy!

1 star is too good for this review. Don’t buy this cheap rubbish. It’s not leather, it’s not orthopaedic and they block you if you try and ask for a refund they do not supply a return address. It’s a complete con. Furious.

They sent the wrong size . They said they were dealing with it. Asked if I wanted a refund after I sent lots and lots of emails . Didn’t get a refund and these shoes cost £39 with delivery !!!! Absolutely scandalous!!!

Poor quality, colour not as shown, more of an orange, can see glue around the shoes, tried to send them back but gave me an address I presume China, not helpful at all

Very disappointed with this company. Shoes were made with very poor quality material. Poorly finished off with tacky cheap enhancements. Will certainly not be ordering again with Marley Shoes. I’ve just wasted my money. When items seem to good to be true for the price, they usually are and these shoes definitely fall into that category.

Ordered some lovely looking shoes which were “reduced” to £25 from £50, took weeks to arrive( website looks like a uk site but is actually Chinese) terrible customer service and when they arrived they are horrible cheap looking shoes that I wouldn’t pay £10 for and sizing is tiny

Poor quality, plastic and different colour as shown. Scam company, no tracking number given and my emails were ignored. Just don't order from them, wish I had read the reviews first

I ordered size 6 my usually size, normally plenty big enough for me, when they arrived they were squashed up not in a box, and was very tight fit, I e-mailed and ask how to return them, they replied with an offer to send me another pair if I paid just the shipping, and they would send me a code, I accepted there offer but I have not been able to get any reply since then, I am being ignored, I have a pair of trainers that don’t fit and can’t get a reply or any help at all !!!!!
