We’ve been generally pleased with the experience working with the Marquee Equity's team. Sanya is highly responsive and performs professionally throughout our interactions. The financial model by Madhavi Gupta is well-structured and demonstrates a solid understanding of investor expectations according to the international standards. Additionally, the overall atmosphere is positive and collaborative, which makes working with them smooth and efficient.

That said, there are some areas with room for improvement. Not having a dedicated account manager has led to a lack of clarity on the overall picture and trip, with our application often moving between different team members. A single point of contact could streamline communication and create more accountability.

Overall, I appreciate the team's efforts and professionalism, and I look forward to getting investors for our projects.

The quality of the work rivals any investment bank or consulting company and is essential to have for a startup. We worked with Madhavi Gupta and Saurubh Dheerumalani for the pitch decks and financial model respectively. We are now fully prepared to move on to meeting with investors.

Very, very poor service!
After the money is deposited, an automated system is launched. Without any follow up, support or results.

i got scammed by marquee equity.  
they kept messaging me on linkedin non stop so i finally checked their profile looked super legit. nice branding, testimonials, “helped raise $4B+”, big claims. i thought ok maybe they have real investor connections.
so i booked a call. they pitched me hard. said they had access to thousands of investors 2200 angels, 900 family offices, 1200 vcs. promised outreach by email and linkedin, daily updates, high success rate (they literally told me 90%).  
they sounded confident and professional. said they’d support the process, help with docs, do calls with investors, all of it.
then they asked for $6500 upfront.  
i thought if they’re really that connected, it’s worth the money. worst decision ever.
after i paid, it all went downhill.  
they sent out random cold emails that i could’ve written better myself.  
they used my linkedin to send connection requests with super generic messages.  
no intros. no follow-ups. no investors interested.  
literally just spam. no real traction.  
and the “daily reports”? useless. just lists of names i never heard from again.
when i asked them where the actual investor calls were, they kept stalling.  
they don’t introduce you to anyone. they don’t negotiate anything. they just copy-paste messages and hope someone replies.
they sold me a glorified cold outreach service. that’s it.  
not a single useful result came out of it. complete waste of time and money.
so yeah. if you’re thinking about working with marquee equity – don’t.
it’s a scam. they make big promises to hook you in, take your money, and do the bare minimum.
i feel stupid for falling for it, but maybe this post helps someone else avoid the same mistake.

Our appointed project manager, Ms. Aayushi Tewari has been a great support in the development and perfecting of the documents and materials that were required in the fundraising process. She understood our setup and preferences quickly, and managed to implement all our ideas, desires in a professional, fast and quality-driven manner.

I engaged with Marquee Equity to find investors / buyers for my business in 2024. In the beginning they were helpful providing me with material and guidance to create the pitchdeck. I did not outsource the pitchdeck to them for financial reasons but I heard they do a good job.
When the time came to contact potential investors in January 2025, Shagun Panwar took over. Since then she is my go-to person. We have weekly meetings to review the email campaigns and results, and she is extremely helpful and very professional.
Shagun constantly optimized the target list to realign the campaign and fine tune the message as well as recipients. Since then we got 2 potential leads (in the first stages).
