Excellent customer service! They offer items at real discounts and I love the addition of new items and their consistent rotation of stock.

This is a super fun way to do discount shopping. The site is easy and well designed. Super cute. The products are random, but all really high quality and the discounts are great! Everything from makeup to cleaning products to pet stuff to crackers and jam to amazing other stuff. It all came quickly and thoughtfully packaged… the crackers weren’t broken and the jam was in bubble wrap! It’s worth checking out.

I find good deals on items that we need anyway (and try out new products that I wouldn’t buy at retail price).

I shop and order for few time in three months. I like the prices and Quality. I will shop again when I need, thanks!

A few of the items I wanted weren’t available, which was upsetting, but the real problem was the poor customer service.

Instead of giving me a choice on whether I wanted a full refund, a partial, or a replacement for the missing items, they forced the partial refund without proper communication.

The missing items were the most important part of the order. If I had known they weren’t available, I would’ve just canceled the whole order!

Years ago I used to buy from Martie, but this was only my second purchase since coming back this year and the same issue came up in both orders.

I need to be able to trust that I’ll get the items I order. This was a failure in the customer-to-business relationship, and I feel betrayed.

I haven’t gotten my refund for the missing items yet, though that’s not as important to me as getting the items themselves.

It’s a shame because I enjoy ordering from Martie, but I cannot stand for this lack of customer service.

I like the products you offer. I trust they are quality brands and within expiration dates. I try to eat somewhat healthy and I love trying new items. MARTIE fits the bill on the products they offer. Never had any issues with shipping and delivery. Honestly, I try not to buy so often but I just can't resist when I see the new offerings. I think it's a great little shop.

I think of it as an online Job Lot/ Big Lot type of online store, where you never know what you’ll find, but always find something you need or an interesting item you want to try at a discount

I went on the Martie website to see what was available that I could afford. WOW!!! I ordered 10 different snacks (at reduced prices). I am already enjoying trying out new and unusual snack. From the time I placed the order until I received it was 4-5 days. That is service to me. So glad I came across the Martie website. I will be using it again and again and again.

I am a bargain shopper but live rurally. With a new baby it’s harder for me than ever to “go to town” for big shopping trips. Martie has saved the day! I love that they carry high quality brands with better ingredients than standard processed foods. Great place to get fun snacks for kids lunches, pantry essentials, and toiletries. The handling rate for my rural area is reasonable and shipping speed is acceptable. Their app is great, highly recommend.

Martie gives me access to new products and brands at affordable prices. Sometimes responsible impulse buys but now I have several things I buy regularly. Gives you a chance to buy from brands you were on the fence about without the risk. Love Martie!

Amazing deals on tons of unique products. I especially like that the products are rotating so there's something new all the time. The packaging is eco-friendly and packed tight like Tetris. I love the free shipping for orders over 50 dollars!
