Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I checked but found nothing to say the goods came from China as I would not have ordered anything from them. Unable to get left boot on have been asking for the return details for at least 2 weeks now but just keep getting offered goods to the value of the boots. I just want my refund please. Have just seen an ad for the same boots and it clearly states 30 day returns guaranteed. Why are these scam companies allowed to contjnue trading? It's disgraceful!

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I bought boots from them. I received an email from them to say the ones I ordered were out of stock , but they would replace with a new improved pair 🙄 ,which honestly turned out to be the cheapest worse made boots i have ever seen. I dont even think I could give them to a charity shop they are so bad . And absolute waste of money 😢

I orderdd a £45 jacket. The website looked professionally presented and clothing looked attractive. Jacket took three weeks to arrive. Turned out too small. As I'd seen the identical one on Amazon for £29 I asked to send it back. Then follwed exchanges of four or five emails where they offerd me all sorts of inducements to keep the jacket - vouchers, 10% refund and so on. Requests for a return address were ignored. Finally they gave me the Chinese address. Postage was £26. To cut my losses I sent it back - now wait to see if I get a refund. The website is headed 'Mary's Fashion Boutique, London'. Careful search found company office registered in the Netherlands. No mention of China or details of return arrangements given on the site - only 'do not return without first contacting us'. The website is deliberately misleading and may contravene trading standards. DO NOT GO NEAR IT.

Never received my item. Chargeback successful. They then took the money from me again.

I placed an order many months ago old to lose $96 to never be returned or anything sent.

Trick you into buying multiple of the same thing then won’t let you cancel. Fake return policy where they eventually just stop responding. The dresses were horrible quality!!

Do not buy. Poor quality clothing that looks nothing like the photos. The fabric and finish were extremely disappointing.

Be aware that if you need to return an item, you're expected to pay to ship it back to China at your own expense, which isn't made clear before purchasing. The return costs can be so high that returning the item is often not worth it.

I wouldn't buy from this company again.

Plastic, chemical smelling shoes that are not true to size.
I waited 3 weeks for these arrive because they came from China - do not be fooled they are UK based.
I tried to cancel the order 3 times, because the wait was so long, but no reply from customer services.
Appalling rip off scam company.

Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure you want to keep the items.
Their website makes returns sound simple, but once you actually try to initiate one, they drop a massive catch: you have to ship the items all the way back to China at your own expense, and you are required to provide a tracking link. The cost of international tracked shipping is so high that it practically wipes out the value of the refund itself.
To make matters worse, they try to bypass a full refund by offering a meager 40% partial refund just so you'll keep items you don't even want. This feels like a deliberate tactic to trick customers into keeping wrong or unwanted products because returning them is an absolute nightmare.
Terrible transparency and awful customer service. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Scam! I wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Like others, I was drawn in by a website targeted at my location - in my case it suggested they were based in the UK with a fake address with next day delivery. Nearly a month later the dress arrived. I requested a return because it took so long for return and the fabric is cheap and they just kept emailing to ask me pointless questions instead of telling me how to return it. Then they offer you to keep it for a small discount (I don’t want it!) or you can get store credit for an awful website that you’ll never use. So basically you never get a refund. Turns out they’re also based in China, not the UK. Total scam.

FALSE ADVERTISING! Do NOT order from this CHINA based COMPANY! The “lady’s denim jumper” I ordered/received is actually a weird flammable polyester material and it fits like a clown costume. They do not respond to customer emails. I disputed the charge with my credit card company due to false advertising/scam! I suggest you do the same and not even try to get a refund from these crooks!

It’s a scam! Clothing is plastic and the return process is impossible and irritating! Don’t fall for Mary’s retirement story! And they are definitely not located in Myrtle Beach!

If I could rate this place in negative stars, I would. I received my "denim" jumpsuit and was extremely unsatisfied. I thought it was a joke. This jumpsuit looked more like a costume than anything else. It was made out of tent-like material and looked NOTHING like what was advertised. Within 10 minutes I was attempting to start the return process, but there is no return address and no customer service number. I emailed the address they provided with no response. After 5 emails with no response, I went back to the website to use their "contact us" option to send a message there. I received the auto generated email below:
"Hi,

We can understand your concern but for a refund, you must send the items back to us in good condition. The return cost is between $20-30, and the process may take some time. As a gesture of goodwill, we are offering you 10% refund on your order and you can keep the goods. Please let us know how you would like to proceed."

I responded that I fully intended to send back their jumpsuit, but that I wanted a full refund. Unfortunately, I still haven't received a response. DO NOT BUY FROM MARYS MYRTLE BEACH SOUTH CAROLINA. Complete waste of money!

I would give zero stars if I could! Very misleading. Quality is awful and took forever to receive it. Not worth an 8th of the cost! Cheap crap from China, definitely not from Mary in Myrtle beach.

This is completely misleading.
I thought I was getting something from a local USA boutique in Myrtle beach, it wasn’t so. When the products came they were nothing like what was represented on the internet. The clothes were cheap and there is no return policy. They offer to give u 10% back on your purchase or $30 or more will be what it costs to return the items and then a very long wait to see the return to your account.
I feel like this company is a fraud and very misleading.

They operate under several different names so hard to track them down but always the same story - send incorrect, cheaply made clothes and then refuse to pay a refund

If I could give this place a zero I would. I purchased a pair of overalls. They were $50 and they were worth about $2 with how cheaply the material is!! This is a SCAM SCAM!! I reached out to get a refund, they wanted to charge me $30 to return the item! It’s lighter than an envelope. HORRIBLE customer service!! Please DON’T make the same mistake from all the videos online!! THIS IS A SCAM!!! When I emailed them for a return it came back from a person’s name!! Not a business!!!

Total Scam...received my 2 "denim" jumpsuits today after a month waiting and omg...they were basically sacks made out of a tent like material, like a cheap costume. Unbelievable! No return address, no shipping receipt pretty much gonna go straight to trash. What a waste of money! Do not buy from Mary's murtle beach!
