That rating should be minus zero. Items took weeks to arrive didn't realise coming from China. Also couldn't even get the tank on . I ordered xxxxL never have I worn that size in my life. Figured it would take forever to receive a refund so don't believe all the positive feedbacks

Sizing is way way off. I thought this product was made in Australia by Australians, not overseas by poorly paid workers. What a waste of my hard earned money. Very very false advertising.

False advertising on social media says garment is so comfortable you can sleep in it. They claim it supports your breasts and it doesn’t move or bunch up even after 20 washes it’s just as good as day 1. Well this was not my experience. It took 3 weeks s for the garments to arrive and after trying it on I struggled to get it on. I purchased a size bigger as recommended. It was very uncomfortable. It was sewn so poorly that it was catching under my arms. The cups that they claim did not move or bunch up instantly bunched up. I removed the cups to find that both cups were one piece and so small they were lucky to cover the both nipples let alone support the breasts. I was excited to get this garment as after having had breast cancer surgery I am unable to wear bras. I was unable to get a full refund only to be offered 30% and then 70% when I argued. Still waiting

Handled my problem quickly and organising a refund

This item lacks the quality they advertise it as. It does not look like the material and quality shown in their slick advertising. It offers little to no support. While the padding has a line of stitching to hold it in place, it is still loose and definitely moves during washing. This is despite the fact that it was washed in a bag in a gentle front loader with like washing. I highly doubt it will last the twenty washes the suggest in advertising. It did however arrive quickly from China, not Australia as their advertising tries to sell it as. I’m guessing it’s probably the same in the UK, where other reviewers are from. I think there is probably a lot of AI involved in the advertising. Don’t waste your money!

Despite my inability to read instructions, size information and everything else about my order, MTs has been very generous and forgiving! Three attempts later, they are sending me the correct size. Over and above my expectations of an online company. Great communication too.

My tank tops arrived and unfortunately were way too small, after a brief email back I was advised larger sizes would be sent to replace and I just had to pay for postage.

The tanks were too small for me and my payment was refunded in full with minimum drama.

I too was sucked in by this company. My order was wrong in the first place. I ordered large but got small. I notified as soon as I saw the order was wrong and they sent me a large after I paid another $5. The second order arrived but is not the quality of the advertised product. They do seem to want to help but given that I now have two that are very poor quality and don’t fit as advertised I have given up. Don’t be tempted to buy these?

I messed up my order,so I emailed straight away and Alex got back to me immediately and fixed it for me,so I can get part of my refund back.So far so good 👍

The product was not delivered at all. The order email disappeared completely so requesting information from the suppliers was difficult. They answered emails but it felt disingenuous. I suspect a scam.
I have asked for a refund but am not expecting it to happen.
I thought because it was nz based website and emails that it could be trusted but will put it down to experience. Just as well I didn't fall for their traps of ordering more than one.

They look nothing like the quality shown on the website. Poorly made, bad sizing, not supportive and low quality materials. If I had seen them in store I wouldn’t have purchased them. No order confirmation was given, so no chance of a refund. Despite PayPal being listed as a payment option, it isn’t offered at the payment window. $90 in the bin.

Well I’m happy with their emails, proof of the new size fitting has to happen yet?

Order not received, AI responses each time, kept offering a 20% refund. Got my bank involved and got my money back after weeks of emails going back and forth. BUYER BEWARE!

My tank was to small customer service was amazing . Very prompt reply to my email . A replacement in a larger size was sorted with no issues straight away.

The product was very comfortable as promised, but the sizing was extremely small. Also looked less finished than advertised, so I only feel comfortable wearing under something or in a very casual situation. However, Marys Tanks kindly offered a goodwill oartial refund without return and I am happy with this level of customer care.

Many thanks to Alex for the emails and help with the process to get my order changed to the next size. It's always a gamble when buying on line your correct sizing however it's an easy process with Mary Tanks. With such a speedy process to the next helper
