Great flavour nice packaging easy to make doesn't clump starting to have more energy better skin no crashing from caffeine intake very happy carnt wait to try them strawberry flavour in my next order

The taste is great and the quality of the product seems good.
The only negative side is that it forms lumps.

I love the ceremonial grade organic matcha tea powder, particularly the quality and taste. I did a lot of research and was very impressed with the Matcha & Co and I wasn't disappointed when my matcha arrived. This is high quality matcha that doesn't pretend to be anything else and it tastes great. It's part of my morning routine without fail and contributes to my health and wellbeing. I mix mine with organic coconut milk and add creatine, collagen and reishi tincture.

Honestly, I always buy from them, it’s been around 4 years buying from Matcha and co. - the high quality of green teas, is amazing! Now I did try the HOJICHA, from them as well - is really nice! They are quick to send, I bought last month and I’ll buy again soon, One of the best brands ever, it’s affordable and super good 😊

Matcha & Co do some really great matcha-collagen powders to add to drinks or latte's. They have one with bovine collagen and one with marine collagen. Both taste great! Would definitely recommend.

I discovered this company by accident as I was with another company previously but once I learned that Match&Co had the European stamp of quality I switched it immediately, they are constantly blushing the creative boundary on flavours and teas etc..im always looking at what new ..it's great and the match is of a high quality..very happy and glad I switch off coffee

From them I'm sorry, but a refund does not mean a monetary reimbursement. As indicated on our website and as we have been able to show you, the refund is made in the form of a voucher that you can use on our website to order any other product.

I THINK THIS COMPANY NEED TO LOOK UP THE DEFINITION OF A REFUND. THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY, WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS AND DO NOT STICK TO WHAT THEIR WEBSITE SAYS.

Read the small print about returns as after travelling for 2 weeks or more to actually reach you, they say its a food product. Also CLEARLY STATES IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY THEY WILL REFUND. Nope!! They issue a voucher for a product that is inferior! Not bright green at all...DO NOT BUY

I placed my order in May. I have chased 3 times and in the first reply - they said to chase the carrier. But looking on the tracking it says Royal Mail tracked - no sign
The replies weren’t helpful at all. I have just reported to my bank

I had the most misleading experience where it was advertised that orders can be returnded. Now they dont allow me to return an unopend order after I chased for a return label several times. It feels like a scam and the matcha is undrinkable. I now have a credit which i will not use and an unopend box I am not allowed to return. I fell for the scam and wasted money. The customer service is unfriendly. Going back to my favourite matcha.

I like to think I do my research but honestly it’s just seems like another scam.
I ordered my product at the beginning of March and we are still at the end of March and my parcel is nowhere to be seen!
I have emailed many times and the customer service is appalling!
I will go to trading standards about this company!

Like many people on here, I wish I’d read these reviews before placing my order with this company. Order placed on 3rd Jan 2025 and as of today (25th Jan) I am still waiting for it. I emailed them on the 16th Jan to which I received no response - although conveniently later that day I received an automated email saying that my order had been dispatched (how convenient hey!!). And now 8 days later I still haven’t received anything. Have sent a further email (repeating my request for a refund) but again no response so will be liaising with my bank directly to get a refund via them.

Had someone use my card to order a subscription of matcha and emailed these guys twice to say cancel it but no one has responded for a week now.

Still not received my order and I havent heard back when I emailed them. I want a refund as this company feels like a scam

Should have read the reviews. Terrible customer service from Marine, over a week for delivery, well, still not here, with delays due to customs errors. Terrible company
