I felt really looked after, with regular check ins at stages of the consultation, operation and recovery

I had hip replacement surgery 8 weeks ago. My surgeon/consultant Mr Tsialogiannis standard of care and professionalism is exemplary. He is an exceptionally skillful surgeon and such a kind person; exactly what I needed to help me through the anxious moments! Cameron at Medbelle was fully involved in my care from the outset. He communicated regularly and guided me through difficult periods with understanding and compassion - I could not fault him. Thank you so much.

Right from the start Beverley (Mr. Paul Trikha's secretary suggested using Medbelle to handle all aspects of surgery, post surgery and Physiotherapy. I was contacted by Chloe who provided me with all the help I needed and continued with f/up calls all the time. I have no hesitation to call upon their services again if the need ever arises.

The Medbelle Care Programme Team was wonderful! They were always so kind and friendly, keeping in touch regularly to make sure I felt supported and well cared for. Being injured can be upsetting, but they made me feel truly listened to and understood.

They gave me clear guidance and reassurance throughout the whole process, which made everything so much easier. I highly recommend their service to anyone needing care and support they genuinely go above and beyond.

Following a series of consultations with orthopaedic surgeon, Mr Ziad Harb, I had day surgery at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor. All the staff were extremely pleasant and reassuring. The follow-up was excellent, both at the hospital and with Matthew Hanlon my personal adviser at Medbelle who regularly contacted me to ensure that all was progressing well. my thanks to all concerned.

Medbelle dealt with the administation side of my hip operation. Mathew Hanlon dealt with any queries I had in a timely & efficient manner .
The surgeon Mr.White made me feel at ease about the operation when I had my consultation with him & together with his team they did a very good job in making my operation a success.

Medbelle oversaw my mum’s hip replacement procedure, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

My mum was understandably anxious about the operation, but the surgeon, Mr Ud-Din, was able to answer any questions my mum had in a calm and reassuring way. This allayed any worries she may have had, ensuring that she could focus on the procedure and recovery with confidence and without stress.

A special mention should go to Paddy B, who was my mum’s Patient Care Advisor at Medbelle. From the early stages of booking the first appointment, through to her subsequent recovery, Paddy was always on hand to assist with any queries she may have had. He regularly checked in on my mum (by phone and email) to see how she was doing, and his encouraging words, support, and genuine concern for my mum’s wellbeing meant a great deal to her, and definitely aided her recovery. It always helps when you feel somebody genuinely cares!

Paddy B is a credit to Medbelle, and we cannot thank him enough…

From first contact with Matt i was reassured and guided through the process of a hybrid hip replacement with the surgeon Mr Jonathon White.
I was kept informed and found the follow up contact caring and efficient, feeling supported and no question was too silly.

Medbelle were excellent - they took the stress out of going through a major operation. It did not matter how many questions or times I contacted them, they responded clearly and helpfully. Also, they always replied to my emails quickly and thoroughly. It was great to have one person to deal with when undertaking the financial transactions. They even told me about things which I had not even thought of!

Excellent one to one service from Matt Hanlon from start to finish. All phone calls/emails answered promptly and professionally. Also a big thank you to my surgeon Martin Mitchell who did an excellent job and explained everything every step of the way. Operation was on 1st April and I'm already well on the road to recovery. As for many others, finding a private service for my own health needs was like searching blind - I really don’t know how to proceed. I chose Medbelle. Having done so, I have felt supported and confident throughout the entire process from start to finish. The administrative burden would probably have been quite a challenge, but Cameron had everything in hand before I even thought about what needed doing. The service is really valuable. Thank you for your wonderful support - my stress levels stayed much lower than I imagined!

Wasn't looking forward to having to have a operation on my shoulder but having medbell on the other end off the telephone put me at ease with all the help that they gave me put me at ease

The quote from Medbelle was lower than direct from the Hospital and I got the support of Chloe throughout the process. I was contacted a number of times to ask how I was progressing and if I needed any help.

After knee replacement surgery , Kurt and Paddy were always there to support me with any queries. They helped find me a physio and sorted out any problems.
