Grace has been very helpful with keeping in touch throughout my operation and recovery and answering any questions I have would recommend medbelle.

The team at Medbelle (especially Grace) were a source of great help in booking and coordinating an orthopaedic procedure at our local private hospital. Friendly and efficient, they were a delight to deal with.
I should also thank my surgeon, Andrew Shepherd, for his reassurance and expertise in ensuring an excellent surgical outcome - and all of the medical team at the Nuffield Warwickshire Hospital for the post-operative care provided.

From the first meeting with Professor Beljinder Dhinsa at Kim’s Hospital Maidstone I knew I was in safe hands. The Professor talked me through every thing that needed to be done and also recommended a company called Medbelle as I was going to pay for my operation.
Medbelle and Lourdes my personal go to lady were most professional and always at the end of the phone if needed ( which I never needed to use!) My foot operation was a great success and would recommend Professor Dhinsa 100% and Medbelle and Lourdes 100% They’re the best.

I'd like to say that from start to finish my journey for knee surgery was seamless.

This was made all the more brilliant by Cameron who is a gentleman. Cameron went above and beyond to make me feel at ease throughout the journey. Nothing was too much for him and he always checked in to ensure I was ok and to check if there was anything he could do for me, Big Thankyou Cameron.
Bishops wood hospital all the staff I was in contact with were also brilliant.
Big thanks to my surgeon Dr Vedi who did a stellar job on my knee and also my physio Karen who helped me get back to normal activities.

I was very happy with Medbelle’s service, they were very easy to deal with and the aftercare was excellent. My advisor was called Grace and she was very helpful and friendly, and would check in with me regularly to see how I was progressing after my osteotomy. My surgery went very well and was carried out by Matt Dawson. I was very happy with the outcome of the procedure, and also the care provided before and after the surgery by him.

Amazing,professional and friendly service. Cameron was most helpful and available pretty much 24/7. Also,they managed to reduce the consultation rate which helped a lot.

The customer service I received from Medbelle surpassed my expectations. Grace, who was assigned to my case was exceptional- with very friendly, pleasant and prompt communication at each stage of my treatment, both over the phone and through email.
When Grace was not available, her colleague Cameron, was also great to deal with.

It was easy to get a quotation, it covered all the costs throughout the process and ensured that I was supported by proactive Medbelle staff at all stages. As a BUPA patient for the operation it made the hospital stay worry free. You can also have the operation and any physiotherapy delivered separately and locally.

Beth from Medbelle made everything so clear and easy from day one to months after my operation. When you have major surgery you are very emotional not knowing what lies ahead and not always thinking as your normal self. I was very anxious leading upto surgery and having someone helping me was just perfect giving me that confidence.

In January 2024 I had a partial replacement to my left knee
My surgeon Peter Thompson did an excellent operation which was totally successful and I am no longer in any pain whatsoever !!
Medbelle provided wonderful support for me and Grace my personal support assistant was always there if I needed her
She rang me at every stage of my procedure asking how things went and if she could provide any further help

I’m a self employed carpenter, out of the blue my right shoulder could no longer take any weight. I was in deep trouble as I could not even get a doctors appointment yet alone surgery!
I was recommended Medbelle a radiographer at Kingston Hospital. Time is money so I was desperate to get my shoulder repaired. Within two weeks of contacting Paddy at Medbelle I was in the operating room having major surgery. My surgeon Richard re attached two major tendons back to my rotator cuff and whilst he was there he preformed a full decompression. After the operation Paddy was back on the phone checking that all went well, in fact Paddy was my point of contact and had everything arranged ahead of time for me. I paid cash for this operation and it was less than half the price that I thought it was going to be.
It’s three weeks since my surgery and my shoulder is doing just great. I hope to be back at work preforming light duties within the next two months 😀
I can fully recommend Medbelle as they only use the best surgeons and hospitals, they will look after you from that first point of contact right to the full recovery and at a great price.

Following a consultation with Mr Stephen Dalgliesh Orthopedic Surgeon in Dundee, I had a full hip replacement at Kings Park Hospital, Stirling. Grace from Medbelle was my adviser and led me through the entire process. She arranged physiotherapy appointments at Heal in Dundee. Thanks to the hospital staff, surgical team and Medbelle.
Now walking pain free.
