I’ve been using it for a week now. I love it. I’m still getting used to it but my shoulders feel great.

1. Customer service was excellent! I put the zip code from the wrong property on my order and they emailed me, that went to my junk folder. After no response, they called me. I was very pleased with how they handled that and the lady that called. I could understand her most importantly, as support is often in a version of English I have a problem understanding! 2, The sleep system works, my shoulders are happy, my sleep is better and I like the cases. It took a few nights to get use to for me as it is different! It has been and is worth a few nights of change…:) Highly recommend! Thanks. Todd

This pillow has completely changed how I sleep! I thought waking up every 30 minutes was normal for the last 33 years until I saw the MedCline pillow. When I was little my doctor told me to use multiple pillows to prop me up because of my acid reflux, but that has never worked because I was never propped up enough and I sleep on my side so my arm would always go numb and my shoulder would hurt. I didn't know a pillow like this existed until I saw it online. I am a teacher so the price scared me, but I was desperate for a good nights sleep so I decided to go for it. I am so happy I did, because I have never slept so well in my life! I no longer wake up multiple times in the night uncomfortable from acid reflux, my arm doesn't go numb in my sleep anymore, and I am no longer having shoulder pain from sleeping on it every night. I can actually sleep through the night and wake up feeling rested. 100% recommend this pillow!

Well like I said in my last review the pillow is amazing I slept on it last night I got a really good night's sleep my arms did not fall asleep or feel numb no pain in my shoulder it was amazing and the customer service Top Notch everybody should take an example from them for their customer service I will not be going back to any pillow and I will be purchasing more items from them without a doubt

I absolutely love this color and love the MedCline Sleep System and therapeutic body pillow it covers.

I will continue to evaluate my LPR (silent reflux) symptoms over time, but I know that left-side sleeping with elevated head/upper body is a crucial lifestyle adjustment if I want control of my symptoms. My body needed a few weeks to adjust to theMedCline system, but I’m now getting a great night’s sleep with no neck/shoulder pain. The curved tubular pillow supports my knees, ankles and head and curves around to the small of my back to give me a comforting “cocooned “ feeling. I’ve already recommended the system to a friend with reflux.

While my partner did not find total relief, this was helpful for his sleep apnea and some of his stomach issues. He moves a LOT in his sleep, so it has taken some adjusting and getting used to. He did have one bad experience recently with waking up with a lot of shoulder discomfort, possibly from moving to the opposite side of where his arm was still tucked under the pillow and had persistent shoulder pain for a couple days after. Other than that, this has been helpful with his breathing, and I no longer hear his gasping for breath in his sleep.

It is an extremely comfortable pillow! If you like hugging your pillow, it’s huggable! No matter what way you turn it’s there! The Navy cover is soft

After years of shoulder pain this pillow system works . Takes a bit to get used to sleeping on a incline but I sleep through the night instead of having to roll over on the other shoulder every hour or so.

I like the over all idea of the system, but the wedge is very large for a 5 foot tall woman. Also the wedge moves around since I use an adjustable bed for raising my feet up.
The pillow is extremely firm and weighs a ton but I still like it. A little softer would be nice.Changing the pillow case is extremely challenging though. I had to have my husband help me do that. So there are definitely pros and cons to owning this system. So far I am glad I purchased it to help with my fibromyalgia and shoulder pains. We will see how it continues to go.

Definitely worth it, a must for side sleepers

I purchased one of their pillows as my wife saw their ads and thought it may assist with some of her sleeping challenges.

After a few nights of sleeping on it, she realized that it just wasn’t going to work for her. We have a Sleep Number bed. It interfered with the bed itself. It was not comfortable for her. It sat up too high. She made the attempt but decided it was not gonna be useful.

As this is a rather large purchase, I wrote to the company asking how I can return it I was advised they will not pay to have it shipped back to them unless you keep it for 30 days and then sent me documentation on how they feel you should use the product for 30 days this and that.

I’ve attempted multiple times to get someone to ensure me if we hold onto it for 30 days they will pay for it to be returned and we will get a refund, but no one will answer me when you call their customer service line. It just gets put through to a voicemail when you leave a voicemail. No one calls you back.

SPOILER ALERT!! I freaking love this pillow system!!

So I found the medcline through an instagram ad years ago I believe, and kept talking myself down from making the purchase because the price was a bit intimidating at first, but let me be the first to tell you it’s worth EVERY PENNY! I’ve never felt so comfortable in bed! No neck or shoulder pressure!! The foam in the wedge is incredibly supportive yet still comfortable!

Seriously yall, you spend over ½ your life in bed, invest in the things you sleep on!! They will pay for themselves in the long run!

Absolute rubbish. Not worth the money. Biggest mistake ever. Stay far away from this company.

I ordered this pillow in the middle of the night after multiple nights of sleeping in pain. It had been more then a year sense I could sleep on my side. When I first got this i still couldn't sleep on my side but i stayed asleep through the night. My back and shoulders slowly started relaxing. I started sleeping better. Now that I'm not in constant pain I can actually sleep on my side again! I had no idea that when I got this pillow it would help my lower back and my shoulders and neck, but it did!

The inclined support concept combined with the body pillow delivers the most comfortable resting position and sleep I've experienced in months. It has greatly relieved pain from shoulder surgery and virtually eliminated any acid reflux I occasionally experienced.
In addition MedCline has the nicest, most courteous, and professional customer service people. They go above and beyond the expected 'norm' to make sure the customer understands the system and is familiar with how it should work and is completely satisfied with their purchase and the system as a whole.

Consistently getting a good night’s sleep is like an endless search for the Holy Grail. I have a hiatal hernia which bothered me consistently so I ordered the Reflux Relief system. My reflux improved pretty quickly. I had previously tried countless pillows types as well as propping the bed up on blocks. But MedCline has a very clever design that covers all the bases. And it doesn’t seem gimmicky—each piece has a purpose. I am still tweaking my body position, but this company also has the most fantastic customer service. Customers can schedule a dedicated consultation by phone. During my call, the MedCline specialist listened to all of my details and then gave a variety of recommendations. Notably, this was NOT a sales call. In fact, my specialist Hayley mentioned the circumstances in which MedCline’s products might not be a good fit and she sincerely reminded me of their return guarantee. Absolutely no pressure. Incidentally, one of her solutions also covered a long-standing sleep comfort issue for me. Now I’m looking forward to even better nights of sleep.

I love the shoulder support this pillow gives, when used with the body pillow it’s a great nights sleep. No pressure or strain on your shoulder muscle or tendons. My only complaint is the bottom wedge could be flatter for smoother transition from pillow to mattress, kinda digs into your side.

I have used the MedCline pillow since 2020ish and it has changed my life. I sleep so well which led to better overall health. It met the promises of relieving GERD and shoulder pain....I love it and would recommend it to everyone and anyone ‼️

I will admit, the medcline relief system did not work for me, it causes me hip pain. But the company has such great customer service that I felt compelled to leave a 5 star review. They let me keep the body pillow at a significant discount and while they don't accept pillow cover returns, they sent me a new pillow case that works with the body pillow. They are really transparent that there is a return fee for the trial period and that they do not refund shipping costs. I really appreciate their kind and helpful customer service reps.
