We worked with booking health for dendritic cell therapy. They made the process easy and seamless with Kate, Julia, and Claudia all being amazing and easy to talk with and very prompt on responses. We came from the USA for a brain cancer treatment because it’s not offered in the USA for brain cancer. The process is non invasive and easily tolerated. We are very appreciate of Booking Health helping navigate all this for us.

We have used this service twice, firstly in July 2025, and secondly in Jan/Feb 2026. The service is very reliable, professional, and accomodating.

Julia, the primary booking agent, scheduled our appointments and treatments for both visits. The setting of dates and times was very efficient and perfect for our airplane and hotel constraints. She handled the payments well. And she scheduled the drivers and interpreter very much to our liking.

Aksana, the interpreter, helped us understand the procedures in the clinic, and she helped us with our inquiries at the local pharmacy, and with simply getting familiar with the entire range of activities and the Munich environment.

Sami and Yunus were good drivers, punctual, attentive, and safe. We enjoyed talking with them.

The facilities were nice and all the staff we interacted with was helpful and organized. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the process and procedure. Dr. Gansauge was very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time with us, nothing felt rushed. Claudia, our interpreter, was amazing. She checked in the entire time and throughout the week. She made the process smoother and more welcoming. The rest of the team we worked with: Denis, Nassim, and Adis were all very responsive, easy to contact, and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. Most importantly, working with Booking Health allowed us to focus more on my father’s treatment, rather than the logistics of getting treatment abroad.

Following the successful completion of my Lutetium-177 radionuclide therapy program at the Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch, I feel obliged to give MedExpert one last hurrah!

Julia (back at base) and my on-scene co-ordinators Houda and latterly her sister Meysaa all remained unfailing in their tasks as well as projecting that so important warmth, kindness and understanding to help get me through. As indeed did the charismatic transfer drivers who proved to be great company, lifting the mood on those journeys to and from Brandenburg airport.
Compliments and eternal gratitude of course to Prof. Dresel and his nuclear medicine / oncology team for securing a positive outcome. I owe it to MedExpert for facilitating the priviledge of benefiting from such expertise. Hopefully, I will not need to turn to them again .... but am assured that they are there for me.

I stayed at a hospital in Hamburg from 5 to 16 January, and my entire experience with Booking Health was excellent. All transport was perfectly organised by the company, both on my arrival and for my departure to the airport, which made the journey completely stress-free.
My interpreter, Regina, was exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my stay. She was always just a phone call away, and her responses were consistently thorough, clear, and reassuring. Communication was smooth and effortless at all times. I also had very positive experiences with the rest of the Booking Health team — everyone was responsive, efficient, and genuinely supportive.
Regina approached her work with great care and responsibility. She was always punctual, organised appointments with doctors whenever needed, and ensured that everything ran seamlessly. I could contact her at any time if questions arose, even at weekends, which gave me great peace of mind.
In addition to her professional excellence, Regina was very knowledgeable and broad-minded. She was happy to recommend local attractions and interesting places to visit, which enriched my stay in Hamburg beyond the medical aspect.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by Booking Health and can wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone seeking reliable, well-organised, and compassionate support.

I was given 6 month maximum to live by the NHS and told they couldnt do anything else for the stage 4 Liver cancer that I had which had spread from my eye. After some research by my wife we decided to contact BookingHealth as a last resort after seeing good reviews and results.
Everything from start to finish was handled professionally and with a great deal of detail and organisation. From first being in contact, treatment was was arranged with consultations with the clinics.
With regards to the treatments, both procedures were explained in great detail by both clinics and doctors. The care and advice given by the clinics and staff really was exceptional and I would recommend to anyone.
After being given less than 6 months to live by the NHS, after this treatment, things are looking very positive of fulfilling a long and healthy life due to the fantastic treatment received and reaction to the treatment, a 15cm tumour has now gone and I will be travelling back next month for a second treatment on another tumour. I would highly recommend if anyone is in the the same situation to get in touch with BookingHealth

I had a really positive experience. Kate helped me with all the initial process and forms and put me in touch with the right clinic and doctor for me, assisting with video calls and all bookings. Then I was put in touch with Julia who managed every aspect of both my visits. Private car and driver details were all shared and she even found multiple hotels that would be suitable for us to stay. Julia made herself available for any of my questions and concerns so I knew I could ask anything before, during or after my visits. I so appreciated having this resource to reassure me along the way. I cannot fault any of the service I received and already have recommended them to friends.

From the beginning to the end, the entire staff has been outstanding. From day one we worked closely with Kate. She was very patient and professional, she would responded to all our emails rather quickly and provided detail information to all our questions. It was a pleasure working with Kate. Now it’s Time to travel. The travel department Julia did a great job arranging our times and transportation. Sam our driver was excellent. On time and very pleasant.

Nassim was informative with all the information we needed and responsive to queries and requests. He dealt with everything thoroughly and efficiently. Иногда из-за волнения пациента общение получалось эмоциональным, но команда проявляла удивительную выдержку, терпение и искреннее участие. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить нашего медицинского консультанта Юлию и travel-менеджера Марию — они действительно держали всё под контролем, отвечали на любые вопросы и помогали на каждом шагу.

Единственное, что поначалу было немного непонятно, — это пакетная система услуг без отдельных позиций. Но в итоге качество работы полностью себя оправдало.
