The consultation was good and the clinic was also good. However I face some delays with my appointment which can be avoided in future appointments.
In conclusion good experience. Just need to make sure from all appearances before traveling.

From the minute I started talking to Monica I had the feeling that this was the right pathway for me. Thank you Monica for giving me the confidence to embark on this adventure. Coming from the other side of the world isn’t just expensive but exhausting when you are well let alone fighting a disease. Monica was professional and very easy to talk too. I enjoyed our chats and your medical knowledge was also extremely helpful.
Then I met Professor Frank. What a delightful character he is. Not only extremely clever but friendly and caring. Making small jokes to relax me when he could tell I was extremely nervous. Thank you Frank from the bottom of my heart.
The blood draw was administered by Dr Christiane. Yet another wonderfully caring woman who although English was not her strong point managed to explain the procedure in a caring and knowledgeable way. Adis was a great help here too. She absolutely understood how important this was to me and I felt very safe in her hands.
Receiving my blood back was also administered by her. Thank you Christiane for the wonderful way you work with people.
Now it’s up to me to return to New Zealand and get on with eliminating this disease from my body.
I would highly recommend this process to anyone that is investigating cancer treatment.

My wife Jeanne was diagnosed with Glioblastoma in mid July, she had surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering, to remove the tumor, they could not remove it in entirety, without effecting her speech and cognitive memory for ever. The next MRI it was growing back, I started researching options from the moment I heard her diagnosis.I looked at several controversial treatments in the USA. I realized all the options were limited. In other countries particularly Germany they seemed to be ahead of us. I came up on Booking Health, Monica was outstanding from Day 1, Her followup and explaining sold us, She put us on Dr. Frank Gaunsage's schedule She followed up and stayed in touch through the process, We were nervous and she relaxed our fears,She put me in touch With Julie Meinhard that guided us in finding an apt. hotel, we were on a restricted diet, I booked the hotel myself with her guidance and she arranged our basic transport to and from the hotel. She helped us with souvenir shops as well. We met the personable and vivacious Claudia at the clinic and she made both Jeanne and I very comfortable, She was our interpreter, Even though Dr. Frank, spoke fluent English. They were all extremely professional at every step, no results yet, but we're hoping for the best. Dr. Gansauge Did the blood draw and explained the steps well, Dr. Christiane Taubert did the infusion and lifted our spirits. Booking Health have helped us find an expert doctor for surgery for a Hiatal Hernia paraesophageal type 3-4 hernia in Germany. First we got information from a Swedish doctor that this is a very risky operation and you can get a lot of side effects, and they try to avoid doing the surgery at all. So they do not do a lot of it in Sweden. After lots of searching of alternatives we got help from Booking Health to find a surgery in Germany that does it a lot and with a new method that minimizes side effects and can get better results with less risks of recurrence. Booking Health have done an excellent job in finding the surgery for us. Then we first went to Germany for additional diagnosis and advice from the surgeon in person. We did that in March of 2025. After that and a lot more assessments of different methods, risks and the results we decided to do the surgery in September 2025 and travelled to Germany a second time. Booking Health helped with both plans and all detailed contacts with the hospital. Even if we speak good english and the surgeon speaks english it is much more difficult to get access and understand all details that still are in german and get all formalities correct. Booking Health did this very well. Also Booking Health has been very good when helping us and translation on site both when we first did diagnosis and when we did the surgery. The main reasons we finally selected the german surgeon are 1. how often they do this type, 2. the method they use to fix the stomach in the right position without fund application and 3 doing it with the Davinci robot that improves the results and limits side effects. So far the results have been very good. Only minor things was that the Interpreter was 10 min late on operation day but that was not a real problem but made us even more nervous. We strongly recommend Booking Health and we believe they have added a lot of value for us. We would not have been able to have done this without their help and support. And we will use them again.

The communication and interation with Booking Health and specifically Professor Gansauge has been great. I cannot yet comment on the effectiveness of treatment as the first attempt failed to work. The Professor however, has agreed to repeat the treatment at no cost to myself. I can't thank him enough for this as it feels like the only lifeline I have at the moment given the NHS will only offer chemo or palliative care.

We've decided to drive ourselves this time around to explore some of Europe and take on some pilgrimages. First time round, collection and pickup was great as was Claudia our translator. She has again been brilliant.

The facilities are far better than what you experience in the UK and the interaction has a nice informal feel.

To reiterate, Professor Gansauge has been great. Here's hoping we have better success with this second round of treatment 🤞

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with MedExpert Consulting. They gave us false hope by quoting a success rate of up to 68% and saying that the worst outcome would be stopping tumor growth. However, after following their recommendation and proceeding with dendritic cell therapy, my loved one sadly passed away just a month later — with absolutely no visible benefit or improvement from the treatment.

This company does not operate with genuine medical professionalism. They only act as intermediaries, referring you to another medical center while giving inconsistent information and success rates. It felt like their main focus was financial gain rather than patient care or honesty.

I strongly advise anyone considering them to be very cautious. Especially beware of dealing with Kate and Nassim, who managed our case — they were unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed driven purely by money, not compassion or real medical results.

Whatever I say about MedExpert Consulting/Booking Health, would not be enough. They are absolutely fantastic. We are from Chicago, and they did everything they could to accommodate the time difference for our conversations over the phone. Additionally, from the time we submitted our inquiry, they reached out to us within 24 hours and initiated conversation. They answered every question we had, and my wife is a registered nurse so we had some tough questions. Every single individual on their staff is phenomenal. From the health coordinator Denis Walter, to the travel coordinator Nassim, to every single driver THEY arranged for us, treated us with so much respect and class. The interpreter Claudia is such a sweetheart that we wanted to take her home with us. The medical staff at Dr. Gaunsage’s office were incredible, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Even after my father received the dendritic cell injection, Dr. Gaunsage sat down with us and was willing to take as much time with us as needed to answer all of our questions and give us the peace of mind we needed. Additionally, our treatment plan consists of a second clinic, the WEGE Klinik in Bonn. Therefore, our trip had multiple destinations and their service has answered my questions up until now. MedExpert Consulting was very helpful all the way through the process of booking the surgery to discharge. The interpreter assigned to us was very helpful in getting the questions needed asked and being able to tell us what was going on in detail and assisting us whenever was needed essentially. There was no trouble with paperwork and was handled by them for the most part. Organised transport to and from the airport also. Overall, fantastic treatment from them and very useful when undertaking a major surgery abroad.

My wife was diagnosed with a grade 4 diffuse midline glioma, the NHS said there was nothing that could be done. After searching the internet and contacting specialists all over the world, I found Booking Health.
I spoke with a lady named Kate, who was very helpful, polite and sincere. I gave her my wife’s diagnosis and she came back to me with a doctor and treatment plan in Germany.
My friends and I did a background check on the doctor, also looking into Booking Health to make sure I was not being misled.
We set up a GoFundMe and managed to raise enough money, I was still slightly concerned that this could be a scam. So I did some more research because, as they say “if it seems too good to be true, it usually is”. Everything I found suggested it was legit and due to having no other options, we went for it.
We then heard from Booking Health’s travel advisor, Julia, who helped us find flights and accommodation. Once we had planned all of this, Julia arranged for our driver to take us everywhere we needed to go in Germany.
Everything about our trip was as good as it could have been. Doctor Frank Gansauge, his staff and our interpreter Claudia, were exceptionally friendly and professional.
My wife was feeling hopeful for the first time since her diagnosis. After the treatment was completed we said our goodbyes and thanked them all for their help.
