DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH THE WELL-BEING OF YOUR LOVED ONES. The same CEO as booking Health. Scam artists

No care was provided due to my mother's deteriorating health with stage four cancer; I sent letters from her doctor stating she was not fit to fly or travel. All I did was pay a deposit of €11,000, but the second part of the agreement to authorize Booking Health to act on my mother's behalf at the hospital was never signed, as she was hospitalized the day after the deposit was made. I have submitted all evidence regarding this. No services were utilised or scheduled. I am still waiting for the refund that was promised to me. This money should be held in a holding and I feel they have used this money unlawfully. After all this waiting, I began researching reviews, and I urge you to read them before making a reservation. The one-star reviews on trustpilot are accurate, and there are even news articles about others who have faced similar issues, including cases where individuals passed away before receiving treatment and their loved ones are still waiting on their money back. Thousands of pounds not returned. Can you imagine this, this is evil. Trustpilot has all the detailed one star reviews. Booking Health follows the same procedure with many clients, including myself.



1. They assure you that you will receive your money to keep you satisfied for a few days.

2. They stop responding and have their quality director, Hamy, email you to keep you waiting for a few more days.

3. They claim that the negative reviews are from competitors, which is simply untrue; in fact, the positive reviews are likely fabricated. I have contacted the negative reviews, there is a dedicated email address for people who have been scammed.

4. They then request your bank details to delay you further.

5. They ask you to sign a non-disclosure agreement in exchange for a partial refund.

6. Still, no money is returned, and they start ignoring you.

7. Some individuals have taken them to court and still have not received their refunds.



Additionally, the booking agents are aggressive, lack medical training, and merely email hospitals on your behalf, which you could easily do yourself for half the price with properly trained medical staff. Just pick up the phone and contact the hospital; most staff speak fluent English. I have documentation of all the misleading information provided by the booking agent. It disgusts me to think of all the lies I was told while my mother fights Stage four cancer. I cannot believe this situation has unfolded. All I want is my money back. I do not need or want any extra stress in an already challenging time.



They do not respond to emails or calls, and even their CEO remains silent.They promised me I would have it today after weeks of additional stress. Nothing again.



Please heed this warning; they are exploiting vulnerable sick individuals, and I cannot comprehend how they can rest easy at night. These are facts—conduct your own investigation.

My experience at Booking Health exceeded my expectations. Kate, the booking agent was always prompt and professional and able to answer any and all questions. Nour, my case manager reached out to me prior to my arrival and made sure I was taken care of from the moment I landed in Munich. Once I landed I was greeted by Sylvie and Karl who picked me up and treated me and my family like their family- they were joyful and helpful. Claudia, the interpreter was equally friendly and compassionate and showed true caring. Once at the clinic everyone was prompt, attentive to my needs and very caring. The nurses, doctors and all the staff members at LDG are professional, knowledgeable and caring. Dr Gansauge is funny, personable yet extremely knowledgeable and readily willing to share his expertise. Never was there any pressure or intimidation or feeling of being alone. I was well supported, never pushed and always cared for. The process was seamless and easy and I highly recommend it.

The entire process from initial enquiry, through organisation of trip, delivery of care was professionally handled throughout. We felt very well supported throughout the process. Transport from airport to hotel and for clinic visits was smooth and of excellent quality. Professor Gansauge and his team at LDG laboratories in Berg were highly professional and extremely kind. This review might read as almost too good to be true but the entire process was of great benefit to us at an extremely difficult time for our family.

My husband just completed his visit and treatment at the clinic in Berg to treat his pancreatic cancer. Our meetings with Dr Gansauge and Dr Christiane were very informative, and the program was explained well, and the treatment went smoothly. Most of all , we appreciated the help from Claudia, the Booking representative. She was so nice and reassuring, and helped us every step of the way. She also laughed at all of Neal’s jokes!!!
We found Booking on the Internet, while doing a search for vaccine related treatments for cancer, and a site came up for Dr Gonsauge, sponsored by Booking. Then we spoke with Denis at Booking, and he was most helpful in examining Neal’s medical records, and designing a treatment plan that would best fit his needs. Then we were put in contact with Julia from booking, and she has also been very helpful to us navigating the different treatments, travel etc to achieve the treatment plan goals.
