Last week I visited Acibadem Hospital and met with their neurosurgery team. While the consultation was informative, I must say that my recent online meeting with Prof. Lumenta through Booking Health was significantly more professional, structured, and clear — both in terms of medical explanation and translation.

The professor gave precise answers, took time to understand our case in detail, and made us feel confident in the proposed next steps. I recently had a detox consultation with Julia, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, she created a welcoming and supportive environment, listening attentively to my concerns and goals. Julia’s knowledge about detox, nutrition, and overall wellness is truly outstanding.

Excellent communication and steady support throughout the process. Nassim helped us feel at ease planning the trip, arranging excellent transport throughout the whole trip. Sumup Trip Reitzner were our taxi service and were outstanding, as was Claudia, our translator.

Firstly, Claudia, thank you!!! Seeing in person your support and the support of the medical staff at the clinic has given me great confidence in your ability to take care of my mom. Your seamless programming and Julia's organizational skills take a lot of the stress out of the process that one would normally expect from an experimental program.
The facilities are comfortable. It doesn't feel like a scary hospital room. It's sunny, beautiful, and homey.

Thanks to the brilliance and diligence of Prof. Dr. Gansauge and Dr Taubert, my mother has outlived her original diagnosis of 6 months by a year and a half so far. I'm not qualified to diagnose, but I know in my heart that thanks to you all, my mother going to live another thirty years, and hopefully many more. And just to reiterate, her doctors in the United States told her she has six months to live... a year and a half ago.

By the way, she still looks fabulous, she has a full, beautiful mane of red hair, and she's still the same waist size she was as a teenager. Despite the lung cancer, she's still going for a run almost every morning, and looks as good as she did twenty two years ago, when I was born.

None of this would be possible without the experienced and lovely team of medical professionals you have on staff. I have complete confidence in your program and faith that your treatment will continue to work.

We traveled from NY to Frankfurt to receive stem cells replacement therapy from the clinic at the Center for Advanced Medicine in Frankfurt Main. People working for Booking Health just have shown a lot of care for me in a tamely manner. From day one until we were done with my treatment in Frankfurt. From our driver , transportation and appointment coordinator, to interpreter Isabella (particularly passionate an helpful) we had only pleasant experiences. Communications were clear and timely. If we require another treatment we would not hesitate to use booking health. Things that could be explained is for people to make sure they convert currency prior or at the airport/train station upon arrival. Monica and Julia were able to answer all questions that I had.
