The service is very good
The service is very good. But takes 6 weeks. I am assuming the tape transfer takes place abroad hence the long delay OR, they collect up the tapes and wait until they have sufficiant to "batch up". But they all get returned in the end you just have to patient

Thank you for your fabulous review! We digitise all of our media at our headquarters in Cologne, Germany. This is so that we can oversee every single order and assure the highest quality for every order. The processing time is a maximum of six weeks but most of the time it is quicker than that.
We do handle a lot of orders but if ever you are looking for a faster turnaround time, you are welcome to book our Priority Service!

New easy to access media from a professional team
Very pleased with all our new digitised media. It was a job we were meaning to do for ages and Mediafix made the whole process very easy from a detailed explanation of options and prices to the return of all media. The only minor was the lack of communication when the media was in transit/received which seemed a little while.
