Doesn't give as much control to pay off CC willingly. Only when approaching due date. Other than that it's a good backup to have. Would love to be able to increase my credit line though.

The communication, ease of use and customer friendly reps made this one of the most pleasant experiences I have had. I was a bit nervous but they helped me through the whole process.

Signed up originally with a decent interest rates. It seems they go up every month now! SO DISGUSTED! Over 15% and I have an almost 800 credit score.

Signed up for tally. They gave me a 10,000 credit line and a 15 or 16% rate. They claim the rate will lower after 12 months. I paid them off twice, and then decided to stop using them because the rate would never change, and I felt like the fees were not worth it. They have terrible customer service, if you get a chance to speak with anyone at all. I logged back in thinking i would give them another chance and now its showing the rate at 21.24% which is a joke. This is from someone with a 700+ credit score and substantial income trying to pay down a few cards in bulk. I am wondering if they penalized me because I kept paying off early. Regardless they are absolutely terrible and I would recommend literally anyone else. The only positive is that their line never hit my credit, so it would show my cards paid off and my credit would go up and then I would just pay tally off.

Everything is great after enrollment I wish they could’ve done my Navy Federal but it was a great help none the less !!!!

I love it gives me flexibility with payments and less to worry about. Tally has been great

1. First time, they gave me a certain amount as a credit line with a %18 APR.

2. They canceled my account without any reason or permission just because I had three cards on my account; one of them had a promo offer, so they claimed we noticed you have a promo on your card, so we don’t need you to pay subscription fees and %18 APR for promo card. Well, what about the other cards? They don’t have a promo??

3. They reach out to me back to offer to resubscribe with a reasonable offer.

4. After my agreement, they raised the first APR without a legitimate reason. So it's like they cancel the subscription without a legitimate reason and then offer to resubscribe so they can increase the APR!!

5. They do not report any credit line limit to the credit beware, so they say your balance. Still, they do not report your payment & limit, and that violates federal law, which requires you to report all account information like Name, Address, Balance, Type, Payment, Limit..etc.

6. Since they reported the balance, only my score dropped a lot considering spending from ZERO account limit, same as negative accounts!

7. Suddenly, they raised the APR again without prior notice to %25 after it was %18 the first time.

So they are trying to acquire customers by fake & unlegitmit behavior. I’ll take legal action against them if they don’t fix all the above.

My interest is the same as my credit cards. I’m paying more and my credit card debt isn’t going down. Definitely a scam and not as advertised

This service doesn't make sense. Don't use it.

It's a little confusing, and the customer service isn't great, but once I got past the first month, it started to make more sense, and hopefully it helps in the long-run.

this is a one man show not a company software sucks email no reply calls if answered someone just woke up in bed sounds like a mom and pop house scam

I admit I was skeptical at first but this app has taken off so much pressure from my life. It was easy to use and set up and assisted to getting my back on track with my financial life with responsible spending and budgeting.

The whole process was very simple and quick. The representative was polite and professional. I was approved without any difficulty.

They like to tell you that you won’t be charged, charge you anyway, tell you you have to wait a day to make sure it is actually going to clear, then tell you to cancel payment with your bank (although coincidentally you cannot do this once the charge has moved from pending to cleared. Funny, right?) Then they tell you that you will immediately be refunded and to check your email for updates. You get no updates. You call back the next day and a nicer employee explains that it is not an instant process and isn’t sure why I would be told it is. Had to dispute the charge with my bank and cancelled my Tally account. Cannot wait to pay this off and be done with it. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and will make up lies just to take your money. Then, they rush you off the phone and can’t be bothered to respond to any of your emails. Save yourself the trouble and find a different solution.
