Very helpful and helped me out when I was needing to do some debt consolidation

You did nothing and then charged me interest for every day even though I paid off my own debt

This company is a scam. STAY AWAY! Customer service is horrible; If you fall on some hard times, they are ZERO help. Customer service says different things, depending on who answers emails. No working with the customer whatsoever. If you're reading this, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...don't even bother with this company. They don't care about you! Your rates will continue to go up!

So far all is good! I could not believe how easy it was to apply and payment was very fast as well. Customer service is great too!

Tally is a scam

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use their services. The almost 4+ star review is not true to what the product and application provide for users. I’ve had the horrible experience having to deal with the app that is unusable. The cards that you link don’t work anymore after some time. If you go to the Apple App Store you will see the horrible review that are more true than the review in Trustpilot.

No one should ever have to deal with this company and how it’s a scam. Taking peoples money and leaving them in a limbo where they’re not paying your cards, the app doesn’t work, support doesn’t know anything.

NO ONE GET THIS SERVICE PLEASE.

I was confused about how to use my credit line and called and emailed customer service and was given amazing support.

The whole experience has been really easy.
More than anything, I've been struggling to just get started. The size of the endeavor had kept me procrastinating. With Tally I can see a light at the end of the tunnel, and that's made all the difference.

Very smooth and straightforward, grateful for the opportunity to get my interest rates down from the 20's into the single digits!

Agreed to most replies, paying interest out the ass, supposedly being guided by fed. Reserve rates. Listened to an advertisement claiming they would pay almost same amount as the credit card payment or lower. I'm def paying for it now and it's a rip off and a half not sure how to Escape it aside a balance transfer that I'll prolly never get from my credit card to furnish the wages back. Having a family of three and a wife I don't deserve this mistake in my life, nor the wasted money on something like Tally!!!! Only few months of interest paid is over a grand easy.. they don't check into
Folks financials or family size or income amounts and it is insane the amounts they ask for !!! Very disappointed& pissed. Don't do it once ya do there's no turning back. If could undo it I would in a heartbeat. This is a shystery company n shady to boot.

My interest went up more than the email said of .50%

I’m glad I found this for consolidating credit cards. Much easier than trying to pay each one by itself.

Great App to help keep track of credit card bills and save money. It sends reminders to help avoid late fees. All my questions were answered clearly by their dedicated customer service.

Think long and hard about using this system. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

1. They suck you in with what seems to be a low interest rate. Look for an asterisk next to the interest rate and, if there is one, look for the note that accompanies that interest rate. It's an INTRODUCTORY rate. I have had this account less than a year, and my rate has gone up at least three times.

2. They have their own calculations for a minimum payment but then ADD to it whatever they paid on your credit card. For example, if your minimum Tally payment is $25 based on your balance, but they paid off $100 worth of charges on your credit card(s), your mandatory payment is $125. So, if you thought consolidating all that would save you money, think again. As soon as I saw that, I deleted my credit cards from my Tally account. I mean, if I'm going to have high payments, I might as well make them myself to the individual companies.

3. They make it hard for you to do anything but give them access to your bank information. My preference is to send an electronic payment, but it's like pulling teeth trying to find a mailing address. This seems suspect.

4. Most importantly, there is no interest rate benefit to using Tally. I have a credit union account that allows me to transfer balances to my credit cards affiliated with that credit union, and they give me 4.99% on those transfer balances for anywhere between 12 and 24 months, depending on the promotion - ALWAYS. No benefit to Tally. None.

Biggest financial mistake of my life. I am now hammering away at this account, making triple and quadruple payments to get it paid off and be rid of this whole thing.

Don't do it. Just...DON'T do it.

Tally is a pretty good service that automatically pays off your credit cards with higher interest rates. The automatic line of credit calculation works well and the app is simple and easy to use. My only issue that I have which is glaring is that the interest rate they provide is really only a slight reduction from credit cards. I’ve shopped around for other options in regards to loans and lines of credit and found products with a much lower interest rate than Tally. Their saving grave is how flexible they are with their minimum monthly payment.

You guys was fast efficient and amazing. I love it.

Tally claims to only pay off cards if the interest is higher than their rate. However 4 times now they have paid off 0 balance and 1.9% balances on me. Costing me hundreds of dollars.

At first I thought Tally provided a good service until I came into some money and wanted to pay off all my credit card balances and my Tally accounts. Since there is a delay in their processing, they ended up paying my balances (again) that were already paid off which caused me to spend more time with the credit card companies to get the positive balance paid back to me and also charged even more interest from the tally account. They will not take accountability even though they admit to the delay of processing times and now I am on the hook for a few hundred that I should not be.

Also, their escalation policy is absurd.... "I will have Jay email you to schedule a time for a phone call"........... what?

Definitely go with a different company if you're trying to get a grasp on your debt.

I have been using Tally for over a year. The payments they made were always on time, and my debt was going down. Then, out of nowhere, my American Express accounts kept disconnecting without warning and most importantly, without any notification to me. I have deleted and reconnected the cards a dozen times, as recommended by Tally's customer service. This has not helped the situation, and I have been charged late fees at least 4 times by my credit card company because Tally keeps getting disconnected from Amex and I get no notifications at all. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

And in reply to Tally’s “concern,” I emailed back and forth with their support team no fewer than 10 times regarding this issue, over the course of several months. Their final determination was that something in their payment system randomly disconnected all AmEx accounts for unknown reasons. So they cost me hundreds in late fees, and their response was 🤷🏻‍♀️

It was quick & easy and I was notified in a timely manner by email also good customer service
