I have great experience with Tally so far . They paid of my cards pretty quick . The app is easy to use .

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. Tally paints itself as an affordable way to pay off debt, but I feel like I just got out of an abusive relationship with them. At no time was I given even the slightest amount of human empathy. Every communication with this company was condescending and trite. At one point, I just got sick of dealing with the same person every time and said forget it. I wound up getting a loan from my credit union to get out from under this company. I don't care what kind of retort to my review they post, please be warned. This is not a company you ever want to deal with. Use your local credit union. Use a debt consolidation company. I highly recommend the non-profit, CESI. Just whatever you do, do not use this company if you value your sanity. Also, fun fact: TALLY refused to give account numbers, so it makes it incredibly difficult to pay off accounts if you are trying to get a debt consolidation loan. They also refuse to work with credit counseling companies regardless of whether they are for or non-profit. If you have read this far and you are still considering TALLY, good luck. You will certainly need it.

I was unable to stop a payment to my credit card because the tab wasn’t working. Tally sent the full amount to a credit card that only had a 690 balance. Now I am having trouble getting that money back from my credit card company to pay tally back. I’ve tried to reach out to tally but I don’t receive anything further than “cancel the payment”…

When I first heard about this, I thought finally a solution, but they are a waste. I fill out the questionnaire only to be told they can't help me. Maybe my debt isn't enough or something I do not know.

I no nothing about the Tally card, it arrived today out of the blue, not asked for one, don't want one so why do I have a card?

I want it removed so how do I get rid of it.

I assume its not activated as I haven't gone through he activation process?
Since I haven't asked for one I assume its a scam.

At first I was skeptical about Tally thinking how there must be a hidden catch somewhere. But when comparing their offer even to my own B of A debt consolidation offer, Tally clearly offered a better deal with lower interest rates. They have great transparency on how their program operated, although it was a bit scary when you notice your credit card debt amounts change so abruptly for the better. It takes about a week for the various financial institutions' data to sync, and before long my FICO score improved dramatically by 43 points placing me comfortably back into the "very good" credit category - which was a nice bonus. I would recommend using Tally for anyone to lessen their debt.

Easiest process I have used to help bring down my interest rates on credit cards. Very happy!

Terrible! Definitely do not get what they advertised! I am paying 99$ toward principle, $180 in interest and $25 in fees. Stick with ur credit card this is a debt ull never be able to pay off!!

Tally has terrible customer service support and fails to follow their posted guarantees. Tally states they will pay your credit card for you and cover any late fees but if not given more than ten days to make a payment apparently they refuse to cover the fee. Tally makes excuses for their lack of communication which cause consumers to be charged additional money. DO NOT USE TALLY! Worst decision ever!

I started using Tally about a year ago because their rates were less than my credit cards and they would take care of my payments. What a wonderful program I thought. Now I feel like Tally did a bait-and-switch on me. Once Tally paid off my credit cards, a few months later, Tally change the interest rate to one higher than my highest credit card. Now I'm having to pay them back at a ridiculously high-interest rate, I should have just kept what I had. I'm giving it 2 stars because they started out doing the right thing.

What you advertise and what happens is totally different

Please do not fall for a scam! It’s just as bad as taking a traditional loan.
I started out 3k in debt have had tally for over a year and make over the “minimum” which is usually between 150-200 sometimes even 300 payments each month. 1 1/2 year later I haven’t even paid off over 1k how?!
Today I logged in to make a payment realized what I had paid off went back 2k range did simple math. The extra 120 I paid last month just went to interest and then some.
So all you’re doing is throwing money at them. I wish I wasn’t desperate and would have just continued making payments to my credit card during hard times.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. Call your creditors instead if you need a break most of the time they are willing to work with you or make a minimum payment for a few months before signing up for this garbage. They sent a friendly email stating due to credit card interest rises they would be raising their interest as well but this is just extreme.

Tally is very deceitful. They support very few cards. In their list it states they cover Citibank, they don't! So after i pay them their $300 annually I won't be saving squat!
Their website is absolutely horrible. I regret signing up with them and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

The app doesn’t make it easy to understand how Tally works. Also I was approved for a larger credit line then they changed it when I added another card. I don’t understand why.

The process is not explained fully and once a payment is made we are paying double interest on the card.

Very misleading with service fees and interest rates. The only way to pay it off and transfer funds is through a personal check. Leaves you stuck.
