I ordered a costume for Halloween for my daughter, it arrived but was huge, I returned it at via Royal Mail tracked at my own cost for and exchange. I Emailed to see if the exchange had been posted and was informed the original hadn’t been received, when I checked the tracking it had been received 2 days before. I was told via email as I had provided proof of postage the replacement would be sent out straight away. 5 days passed the Halloween party came and went and still no costume. I emailed asking for a refund, I was given a part refund! So I’m almost £9 out of pocket and the costume was never sent!!!
I will never order from here again

Expensive for a child's pirate costume but good quality and ultimately worth it.

I wore the Deluxe Midnight Witch Costume and Veronica Wig for an event held this evening at a Nursing Home. I didn't want to be 'too scary' and the outfit was just perfect and was commented on and liked by everyone. The fit of the costume was good and felt very comfortable to wear. Mega Fancy Dress provided fast and prompt delivery of my order and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and would definitely use again.

Really helpful staff member contacted me when I could not be sent out the original order. Listened to my request and sent out as close to this an item that was perfect.

I ordered a witches cape as I was attending a Halloween party. The cape was delivered to me earlier than expected and the cape was of good quality.

I purchased the deluxe king arthur costume of which the crown was missing I contacted mega fancy dress by email they replied more or less right away where they contacted their suppliers and I received the crown within a couple of days I cannot fault service as they were swift to chase this up for me :)
