The only payment method that ever works is PayPal. I’m unable to manually enter my card info without receiving an error. What I really wish is for them to add support for Apple Pay. The only way I ever want to pay for stuff online.

There was no savings. I spent $64 ($54 tickets and $10 Fee) and I only got $62.45 off my online purchase for theater tickets. This was a waste of time and a $1.55 cents.

The hotel I selected was quoted at 128 at night but after I proceeded it was 179 per night very misleading website. Also, when I selected a different room, it said three available then when I would get to the checkout, it would say the room is no longer available. Really bad experience would not recommend using X as a first responder.

I booked a flight through MemberDeals.com and needed to correct an incorrect travel date shortly after purchase. The experience with customer service was extremely frustrating and ultimately unresolved.
I made multiple attempts to contact support and repeatedly experienced long hold times followed by disconnected calls. In several instances, selecting the general support options did not lead to an available agent. The only way I was able to reach someone quickly was through options related to making additional purchases. Once connected, I was initially told my issue could be handled, but I was later transferred to another department and the process repeated without resolution.
At no point was I clearly informed during the booking process that cancellation or correction would be restricted in this way. Because I was unable to reach a functioning support channel to address the booking error, I ultimately had to purchase a replacement flight through another provider.
The issue was not only the inability to resolve the booking, but the lack of reliable access to customer support when assistance was needed.
I am sharing this so others are aware of the customer service experience in case they need post-booking support or changes.
