Memorial Printworks - Memorial Cards Reviews

Incredibly sensitive, professional, efficient. Wonderful selection to choose from. Can't recommend highly enough

Good service from Memorial Printworks. Ordered Memorial Cards, Keyring & Wallet Cards. They emailed a preview which were beautifully done. The only negative was the delay.. had to ring twice to find out what was keeping my order, they could really do with improving their communication especially if there's going to be a long delay. The products themselves are excellent, great quality, well designed & exactly what we ordered. Had ordered from the before without issues so was a little disappointed with the lack of communication when my purchase was delayed. Would recommend them as their products are excellent.

An amazing service from start to finish. I used Memorial Printworks for my Dad’s memorial cards and was very impressed with the choice of products and the quality of the cards. I used them again recently for my Mam’s memorial cards and once again the quality was great. Professional service from proof to final product. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Thanks to Gary ….very pleased with our memorial wallet cards nothing was too much trouble for you and we are grateful for that detail to attention
Only thing I would say is they are very busy with orders and timeline may not be as quick as quoted but product is 100% and you won’t be disappointed !

A truly great service. I got exactly what I wanted. I wanted to make changes and it was all done with no hesitation, and I received samples for every change that I requested. Gary was very patient and precise with my requests. I received a beautiful memorial bookmark in memory of my beautiful Mum. It was very fitting and something I, and my family, will treasure always. Thank you Gary, it means so much ❤️

Extremely professional and very helpful.

Efficient and web page was super easy to navigate.

I can't recommend this company enough!
Everything from start to finish was excellent.
It's a very emotional time when choosing memorial cards, or for me it was Bookmarkers, but it was made much easier due to the caring way I was treated!
The kindness and patience that I experienced was a credit to the company, I was given time to decide with a willingness to change things when they emailed me a sample of what it would look like and I love what I choose after seeing a couple of samples.
They were great at explaining the difference between certain details, as I was ordering online and I was nervous because I would usually go into the shop when purchasing something as important as this.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company, as said at the beginning I would actually HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!
Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the lovely gentleman who I dealt with, but keep up the amazing work!

Excellent service with staff that are compassionate, professional. It was a seamless experience with the end product exceeding expectation.

I would recommend Memorial Printworks without hesitation. Honest, trustworthy, understanding and no request is too small to deliver excellence.

During a bereavement experiencing a team who will go the extra mile and be kind and respectful is so appreciated with a quality end product.

Thank you to all.

Great website with easy ordering. Very prompt delivery and a quality product would definitely recommend a 5star product

This is our second time using Memorial Print for Appreciation cards. We are really happy with quality of service, ease of use of the website, the example wording and finished product.
Thanks a million for helping us with this part of our recent bereavements.

From start to finish i am delighted with this company. From ordering to delivery it was a fast and easy process which at such a stressful time, is so appreciated. I dealt with Gary who was prompt in his communication and great to deal with. I ordered 250 memorial cards and received the proof by email the next day and delivery the day after. The quality of the cards are fantastic glossy and with clear print and the photo looks great too. A few extra were thrown in which I appreciated. Overall I would definitely recommend using this company.

Very efficient from start to finish. Easy to use website. Quality of the product is 100% Just what’s needed when you’re still grieving and don’t need any hassle.

Perfection! So happy with my memorial cards.
This is my second time using this company and I cannot fault my experience. Every single detail is done to perfection! I chose a template and asked if I could change the colour and some details to suit my vision and he did exactly that! Gary was the one dealing with my order and he did an amazing job. I am so happy with the end result, the quality is amazing. My family are going to be so happy when they see them! Would definitely recommend to a friend :)

The quality of the cards were excellent and they have a great choice of designs, prayers, poems to pick from

Very helpful and I am very pleased with the final result. Thank you.

Processing time took a little longer than expected, but received a few extra keyrings in the order which was greatly appreciated. Quality is excellent. Family love them. Thank you.
