Memorygram helps us keep memories alive! The process of uploading photos and videos was seamless and easier than expected. We ordered the heart shaped medallion and it is a perfect size. After looking around the cemetery, I noticed another companies markers on a few gravesites. Trying to view their QR codes required to enter so many details I gave up before even reaching their photos and stories. Friends and family are able to leave tributes when visiting the site. I brings so much joy and comfort knowing he has not been forgotten

Just incredible and more than we could have ever hoped for in all honesty. We got this for our Father last Father's Day and he found the entire process very easyso I can't recommend this product or the team more. Excellent customer service by the way.

Memorygram customer support stepped up to help my dad add photos and also reviewing his story. It was too important given that these were HIS stories (and really OUR stories). High marks

The platform was incredibly easy to use and being able to record his voice instead of typing in the stories was made the whole thing a lot easier for data.

I would highly recommend Memorygram to anyone wanting to capture their life story or stories. I found the process very interactive, with the questions provided allowing me to write a structured story, and to recall memories that I might have missed otherwise. I was able to select a pace that worked best for me. The book ordering process allowed me to publish a book which best reflected my style and color preferences. The entire process is really well thought out and provides an easy-to-follow path to successful completion.

Yuck!! The platform is incredibly confusing and hard to use & it didn't save a story so it was lost.
Customer service was not helpful.
I do NOT recommend them - use your money and time elsewhere.

I absolutely love Memorygram! I purchased a medallion for my grandma’s memorial and it’s honestly one of the most meaningful things I’ve done. Being able to upload photos, stories, and even a voice message made it feel so personal and special—not just for me, but for everyone in my family who’s seen it.

The setup was really easy, and I had a couple of questions when I was personalizing everything. Customer service replied quickly each time, and they were incredibly helpful and professional. It felt like they genuinely cared, which made the whole experience even better.

Our 7 week journey (start to finish) in the production of a family Memorygram legacy book was an extremely positive experience. Co-owner Larry responded expeditiously to a request submitted on their web site for a consultation. During a 15 minute conversation we described the overall objectives of the Memorygram project we envisioned and he responded that his company would meet all the time and quality objectives we outlined. He and his staff managed our project in a very organized and professional manner providing excellent guidance and very helpful support. Communications were frequent, timely and effective. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased with the Memorygram legacy book and additional copies we purchased. Our beautiful legacy book will definitely be a “hit” with our family in the coming days.

The thing that separates memorygram from all the others is the music. No better way than to view memories of our loved one with a song. It’s another way to “feel” our loved ones. The medallion and dog tag are beautiful and certainly made to last. Customer service responded promptly to any questions and issues regarding my order. Good experience!

I just submitted my final story for publication in my book so I cannot comment on the book itself. What I can comment on is the thoughtful questions that are proposed as well as the option of adding your own questions. Most important was the incredible level of support I received from their staff when I had questions about submissions and the actual layout of the book. They offered timely responses and specific responses to my questions. Thanks for the help. I can’t wait to see my grandsons’book!

Received book. It wasn't even put in order. I had labeled chapter 1 etc. hoping company would print book in chapter order,but NO. Entire book print in backwards order. Very disappointed.

Memorygram has been a huge headache to work with. I bought two accounts and then was unable to login to manage either one of them and it took well over a week to even get my login sorted out and for both accounts I had purchased to show up. The refund period is conveniently set at seven days, so by the time the login and account access hurdle was sorted out, I was no longer eligible for a refund.

The memorygram website is poorly put together, making it difficult to organize questions as to when you want them scheduled to be sent or to rearrange the question order after you add them into the "upcoming questions" que. It's strange that this aspect of the website is so thoughtlessly constructed, because question planning and organization is the main thing you do as the person who oversees the users you purchased the accounts for.

I would not recommend this website to anyone. It would be easier to make your own list of questions and email one each week to the person of your choosing, compiling the info at the end to make a book yourself. If I knew how poor of a user experience this was going to be, I would have never paid for this half-assed "service."

05/05/25 why do you say this was resolved. It was not resolved. You never repronted and sent after you sent with the wrong name printed. I have screen shots of me trying to resolve. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE! AND MOST UNTRUTHFUL. YOU NEVER REPLIED TO BBB. First, I paid for copies but when I went to print my book it only had 1 credit. I emailed and had to wait for them to add another. I've been trying to print my book but their site just keeps spinning. I've been emailing and calling for a week but no one has bothered to fix the issue. I'm quite disappointed as this was a gift for my twin granddaughters first birthday. Being a "family" business you would think they would appreciate that.

I paid for a book as a gift and gave it to my father. My father took the time over the past 11 months to write out his story. Their online portal keeps asking us to pay for the book again, even though we have already done so. I have been emailing customer service for a month now, and have not received a solution. Our subscription runs out soon, and we have yet to receive the final book product. I guess they are hoping we'll cave and pay again, but it is not right.
