not as bad as jet2 but still needs improvement
tried booking on-line.error 500 came up. had to phone.despite having seen the same price for holiday the previous 2days and 5minutes previous to phone call as£2578 was informed live price was now £2671.irritating but because of cancellation of holiday with another company which turned out to be 10times more irritating settled for it.had to go on line to change my wife's title as phone assistant mistakenly put her as Mr.tried and left as please respond by e-mail no reply so once again had to phone to resolve issue. things should be easier

I have just returned from the Grand…
I have just returned from the Grand tour of Romania. Thank you Mercury and your employees Rodika and Vlad the driver over there who awarded me one of my best holidays. The places were a feast for the eyes, the sites, breathtaking, the history and culture, caprivating.. the food was in abubdance, the wine was amongst the best I have drunk.
I thank you heartfully for the surprise event on the last night
Please create a riviera/ danube itinery as I am interested in this.
I recomment to all.. i have rwturned invigorated and feel blessed to have visited such an incredible country and its fabulous people.

It was easy to book
It was easy to book - the website was very clear and easy for me to understand. It did explain everything clearly and was very straight forward. The only problem was we were not given a choice of deck. We have been given middle deck which I think is ok but it would have been good to have given us the choice as you did in all other areas.

Easy booking process
The booking was very easy to make. We were offered two discounts which was very good, early booking and beach holiday discount. The whole package was very competitively priced and the hotel looks great.

Canada Tour
After previously booking a tour to China through Mercury we decided to book the Canada's maple leaf tour and highly recommend it.
Our guide Yan and driver Marcel were both fantastic and really made the experience special.
Yan was great fun and has an incredible wealth of knowledge about Canada.
The tour itself was also perfect. Canada is such a huge place and there's a great deal to see, so it really helped that Yan was so organised. We got to all our destinations in good time and got to experience everything without feeling like we were rushed.
It was another unforgettable holiday, thanks again!

Excellent customer service
Just booked a tour to India. Realised the dates I had booked did not work for me. I rang them immediately. The lady was very helpful. She not only changed the booking date without extra payment but also honoured the original discount on the original dates. Excellent customer service. We are really looking forwards to our trip.
