I’m thoroughly impressed by Mersey Raw.
The food is of a very high quality and our Border Terriers, Chip and Gem, go wild for every meal.
Beyond that, I always say the true measure of a company is what happens when something goes wrong. We had a small issue with a recent delivery that wasn’t Mersey Raw’s fault, but they dealt with it absolutely brilliantly.
Highly recommended. Great products, lovely people and excellent service. Much appreciated.

The food Is very good, but when I commented that the rabbit was different and my dog wouldn't eat it, they said it is perfectly fine! It probably is, but my dog was used to the lighter meat, so I wanted to know if I could have this,
They couldn't confirm whether or not I would get it?

All of our minces are made with 100% natural ingredients and, depending on the individual animals, this can cause variation in colour, texture, and even smell between batches.
The Wild Rabbit with Fur mince can vary a bit more in colour. The rabbit's fur colour does have an effect the colour of the mince rabbits as naturally change colour between seasons. Just because of this, we're unable to guarantee a specific colour mince with any given order.
We completely understand that some dogs are used to a particular colour or texture, and we're very sorry your dog didn't enjoy this batch.

My dog absolutely loves this food
My dog absolutely loves this food. He's a real foodie, but he usually gets bored of food quite quickly, so I was surprised when he was still excited for every meal after several months.
He has allergies, so before switching I contacted customer service to check whether the food would be suitable for him. They were absolutely brilliant, really helpful and happy to answer all my questions.
I also love the subscription service – it's so easy to manage and takes all the hassle out of ordering. Whenever I've emailed with a question, I've always had a quick response and great customer service.
A special shout out to Alex as well, who recently helped me with a query when I almost ended up with a second delivery within a week due to my own mistake! 😂 He sorted everything out quickly and made the whole process really easy.
Overall, I'm really happy with both the food and the service, and most importantly, my dog loves it! :)

My Spaniel Belle has a sensitive tummy
My Spaniel Belle has a sensitive tummy, not sure if it was down to her food or just her! Anyways, I found MerseyRaw and her stomach is now great, no more midnight+ toilet trips. The food is high quality and doesn't smell, like most dog foods, next day delivery is great and always arrives in excellent condition.
Belle jumps with excitement when I get the pack out - what's in store for me today mum!!
I did try MerseyRaw about a year ago then tried something different (1st time pet owners) but that didn't go well so we came back and everything has settled, we are now firm life long MerseyRawers.
We also love the Wild Boar treats and vension sticks.
The MRaw Team have been amazing when I have a query, very polite and quick to respond.
Have you thought about offering frozen duck wings alongside your current offering?

Clean plate every time, fabulous customer service
Our girl loves Mersey Raw! The rabbit, venison and goat tubs are our favourites and I appreciate the different proteins for our girl with her intolerances to the standard proteins. Her plate has been licked clean every single day in the 2 years we have been customers. The treats and frozen sprats are devoured with as much eagerness as her meals. Customer Service is amazing, friendly and prompt whenever I've needed them, and I would highly recommend anyone try Mersey Raw for their dog!

Three Frenchies love Mersey Raw
Finally finding raw food my three french bulldogs aren't allergic to was a godsend. They love Mersey Raw! And having a subscription is the best way, always on time, expertly packaged. Sometime a little treat in the box too. And they're so quick to sort out any problems I've had, like too many subscriptions on the go! Very friendly and helpful. Ace company and incredible quality product.

After 8 months trying different brands, finally I found about MerseyRaw. The quality of the meat it is very good
The bones barely you can feel it and if your dog has problems with the bones-then don’t hesitate, give them a try! Our dog for the first time in months, finished all the portion 🥹 and also, next day delivery❤️

I've been using mersey raw for years
I've been using mersey raw for years..... I'll admit I have tried other cheaper brands. None of which have been up to mersey raws standard.
I have run out of food a few times and I have sent an e mail late at night...... Mersey raw sends an order the next day.

Alex has been really helpful answering my many questions to get the right food for my french bull dog Bear.We had been really struggling with the raw food he was currently on.We have transitioned him to mersey raw and he has licked his bowls clean licking his lips as soon as I weigh his food out which has been such a massive relief.
