Was hesitant about purchasing as i am in New Zealand. Customer services were prompt and extremely helpful with my questions via email. They were also super understanding when I was having problems with my payment options. All in all delivery took only 7 days and communication / tracking info was accurate and informative and the whole process was flawless. Thanks for the great experience and excellent product. Cheers.

Came in 3 days and they fit really well and are very adjustable. Usually cuffs are too big for me but they are perfect. Spikes are good weight and the leather feels good.

Lost package, no help, no refund — completely ignored.
I placed an order on 21st June via Metalshop. The package was shipped with Packeta, then handed over to Sameday in Romania—where it was officially marked as lost.
I notified Metalshop immediately. At first, they acknowledged the situation, but since then, they’ve gone completely silent. I’ve followed up multiple times, but no one is replying anymore.
I’m now without the items I paid for and without any resolution. No replacement, no refund, no communication. It’s deeply frustrating and feels like I’ve just been left on read and forgotten.
I need those products—or my money back. This is not how customers should be treated when a problem clearly wasn’t their fault.
Please handle this.

I provided everything they asked for. Only after public pressure did the wheels start turning — not before, despite multiple emails and confirmations from the courier that my package was lost.
I’ve been a customer since 2019 and I never had any issues, but also no package was lost to have the experience of dealing with this. It shouldn’t take public frustration to get basic support. Let’s hope this gets resolved without more chasing. If they fix it properly, I’ll update again. But so far, this experience has left a bitter taste and still no timeframe for resolution.
Update – Thank You for Resolving the Issue
I wanted to leave an update to my previous review. After some delays and a complicated process, I did receive a full refund for my lost package, and I appreciate that the situation was eventually resolved.
While the experience was stressful and took more time and effort than I expected, I understand that part of the delay was due to the delivery company. I do hope that in the future, communication during such cases can be a little more clear and supportive from the start.
That said, I’ve been a customer for a while and have always appreciated Metalshop’s products. I’d like to thank Gabi for following up and making sure the refund came through in the end. It means a lot, and I’m glad things were settled.

The shoe arrived perfectly and in excellent time.
The tracking number that I received isn’t working and wasn’t linked to my shoes. It was “not found”
But automatically put itself on my post delivery separately.
The shoes look amazing and the quality, but the right one is a bit tight on the both sides of my toes. It was kinda uncomfortable. But the left shoe is perfectly fine.
I stuck some paper in it, hopefully it expands. Because I feel bumps from inside as well.
But I really do love the shoesss

Very bad experience
I want to share my experience with METALSHOP cz.
I ordered t-shirt for birthday gift and I received Vacuum bags!!! Beware of the delivery! It's been more than a month - no refund received, no t-shirt received.
Emails only and no actions. All my details (name, address, amount) were ok but not a single proof METALSHOP sale you something - nothing. Very bad business, terrible delivery service without any responsibility taken... SCAMMERS!!!
On top of that, The refunded wasn’t processed at all. I received confirmation for payment and both time without money. I asked for full statement including all requisites needed but guess??!
I appreciate the effort in typing emails but it’s not needed - just don’t buy anything from Metalshop BG (CZ) or anything related.
I do believe the merch isn’t original too but i didn’t have a chance to receive it at all.

The refund is already received.
I kindly advise you to choose your carrier smartly DO NOT WORK WITH “PACKETA”.
I checked the BG carrier ECONT and they advised me to avoid any deliveries with them due to the exact same issues- changed goods, irregular senders, fake invoices etc.
I was very unfortunate with this particular order from 18.02.25 😂, but believe it or not the entire delivery process and lack of missing documents inside the package isn’t good service.

My oder arrived within 5 days…
My order arrived within 5 days and I live in the canary islands. Anything we order online usually takes 4 to 5 weeks to arrive. 5 days is outstanding service the t-shirts are top quality and I'll definitely be ordering again soon. 10 out of 10 from me.

purchased a pair of jeans for $320 aud from this website, but was repeatedly told that payment hadn't gone through, even after providing proof. it was eventually cancelled. my credit card was also charged three separate times for $120 aud each. had to cancel my card. order no. 2101443966
