There was water leakage on the kitchen ceiling, the plumber came, looked at radiator upstairs, and judged that the leakage was from there. "It is the duty of the Heat Engineer" , after throwing this sentence, he left.
From started to end, he used ONE minute.
How could he be so confident with his ONE minute judgement?
The Heat Engineer came , examined the boiler, water pressure normal, no leakage. And the engineer found a crack in the bathroom, he did the plumber's part.
Well done Metro Plum, some other professionals did your job.
Communication was great. Regular and swift progress updates on status of our enquiry, order and subsequent installation. Very prompt on the 3 occasions a plumber had to attend after a mishap Thames Water caused to our home. The Part arrived on a Monday, were notified on the Tuesday that a plumber would fit it on Weds and in fact they sent someone that same afternoon. In fairness, the plumber said they were fairly quiet at the moment, but the service was most efficient.
They added a new easier water shut-off valve as our stopcock had seized.
But considering they were also supposed to fix the actual leak issue in the attic, and didn't actually bring a ladder..... so did not even step foot in there, leaving the issue unresolved. They cannot receive a higher star rating from me I'm afraid.
Yeah all good … can’t remember the young fella’s name but he got the job done in quick time and now we as a family can shower again👍… it was getting a bit smelly😷
Mohammed the plumber who attended was very good. He has 20+ years experience and was able to identify the issue with low pressure for my water at my property. He dealt with the issue swiftly and provided guidance on how to maintain the internal stop valves. Thanks Mohammed
A guy knocked on my door around 4/30,ish in the aft...it was getting dark...he stood there in what I would describe a black tracksuit with the wor METRO on it.. ..he said he wanted to check my boiler because of a problem with not hot water after Thames water was doing repairs at the back of my property...he had NO identification on him and no tool kit...I refused to let him in...he said he'd left identification etc in his van up the road...I told would NOT be allowed on.my property...he came back a shirt while later grinning holding up an identification card I could not read and carried...not good reassurance in my books.
Mohamed was very knowledgeable and identified and fixed the problem very quickly.
Called in advance with ETA & confirm issue. Arrived on time, gave a couple of options and sorted the problem promptly. Nice person.

Our toilet had stopped flushing. It took 3 weeks and 3 visits to finally get it repaired.
On all 3 occasions, no appointment was made, they just turned up.
Very unhappy wih the whole aspect of it, including Domestic & General.
It's not wirth taking out a policy, it was such hard work to get it fixed.
The plumber came looked at leak in my bathroom ceiling . Will go to flat above l will let you know what the problems was .no show have not received any response from that day poor show
Your worker came, he looked, he said "leave it to me", and he went, I have never seen him again. Anyway, I have sued my landlord, Sanctuary Housing, and I claim compensation. But your worker did exactly this: Nothing.
The plumber attended an emergency callout and was absolutely brilliant!

Relating to issues of my water pressure as a result of a burst main on Sunday Thames Water contacted Metro Plumb who arrived in a couple of hrs the gentleman was very polite & helpful explained everything & hopefully solved the issue very pleased with is company .
Thames Water sent this company to my house to check my washing machine and dishwasher after debris got into my water supply. The engineer was polite and professional. He checked both appliances thoroughly and treat my house with respect.
