After getting a new bathroom fitted by metro plumb Wolverhampton I have been left with thousands of pounds worth of damage, to my driveway, kitchen and exterior wall as well as on going leaking from my shower. When asked the plumber of metro plumb Wolverhampton for public liability insurance I was told he doesn’t have any as it was a cash in hand job, I was spoken to in a rudely manner by him and his partner and told my warranty has been retracted. I am now paying a solicitor to take this man to court! Very unhappy! Don’t waste your money

Friendly helpful polite and on time great service.

Very helpful, efficient, friendly service from Dean who soon found the cause of the problems and fixed them.
He explained simply and clearly the problems and what and why he had done the repair.

Rogue trader. They were selected by Axa to fix a leaking toilet under our Home Emergency cover. Plumber arrive over a day late and said needed a new part and would return. Then told Axa they had fixed it and claimed £80 without doing anything. Please be careful using them

The gentleman who carried out the work was very friendly and carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

Mark was excellent. He is no nonsense, came in identified the issue and was able to sort it out for us. We would thoroughly recommend.

Tommy Hamill came out the next day after I'd reported my leak and after a brief chat and a look around managed to identify the offending pipe. Within 15 minutes of arriving he'd cut and blanked the pipe allowing me to turn the water back on and back to normality.
There is still work to do, but as far as emergencies are concerned, I can't fault him.

The plumber was very good, but he said there was nothing he could do because the water is coming from under the house. He promised me that he would get somebody to come and pump it out by the company that owns this building. And it's Monday, and I'm still waithing. My whole kitchen is underwater.

We had a leaking tap pipe, so called our home emergency company who sent out Metro Plumb.
The plumber called beforehand as he couldn't locate our house and arrived on the day.
He was very helpful & professional & explained everything, including why the pipe was suddenly leaking.
Couldn't fault him and thoroughly recommend this company.

This is the second Metro Plumb engineer who attended a supposed water leak issue at my mothers property and the fourth expert who has confirmed there is not a water leak at the house or in the supply pipe. Both engineers from Metro Plumb are very knowledgeable, helpful and professional in their approach. The entire experience from the initial call from the office through to the attendance has been a pleasure and I highly recommend them; however, it is a shame their employers at the CEO office at Thames Water who seem to want to rip off vulnerable people and in this instance have charged an 83 year old disabled and bed bound lady over £1,300.00 for water she hasn’t used. If it wasn’t for the professional people at CC Water and Metro Plumb, I would imagine my poor mum would have to go without food and heating to pay their fictitious invoices.

The plumber, who attended the water leak issue, is undoubtedly a highly skilled professional. This was demonstrated through his methodical approach to tackling the problem, which he resolved decisively and efficiently. Also, he was communicative throughout the repairs process and happy to answer all questions related to the issue.
Needless to say, the plumber is a credit to his profession and his employer: Metro Plumb.
