Unwrap and check your items for damage within 48 hours
There is very small print that returns of damaged items can only be started within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged goods. Well, I wrapped my purchase up for my husband's birthday and didn't discover the damage until he opened it - now I have to pay to return this unused and damaged item, and there's no easy way to get an exchange. Won't return.

I placed an order for a single duvet set and received King Sized. I cannot find any contact details for you so now have to pay to return the incorrect item and pay again for a single duvet set that I originally ordered so have moreorless paid in postage what I've paid for the product but my granddaughter really wants this duvet set otherwise I wouldn't bother

I ordered some cushions but unfortunately realised they contained feathers and have an allergy sufferer - I messaged prior to dispatch and had a call from the most delightful Victoria Mansfield to assist and cancel order - extremely helpful. Will browse for something else.

I was querying how long it would take…
I was querying how long it would take my order to arrive and immediately got an email back from Victoria Mansfield. She answered in detail and was most helpful. Victoria went even further and had a follow up phonecall to tell me when the order would arrive as stock had come into the warehouse earlier than expected. It was so good to speak to a nice friendly girl who had done her homework in advance of the call. Really well done Victoria and thanks so much for all your help!

Ordered supposedly “Yard” Hepden bedsheets and pillowcases and fitted sheet. Firstly order was separated into two because of them being out of stock which i shouldn’t even be able to order it in the first place if it is - then got separated even more due to delivery times, i ordered over a month ago :/
Secondly, the brand in the description states Yard, which i was expecting judging by the price of the set - it came and the MFI branding is slapped all over the labels and the packaging with no sign of the Yard brand i thought i paid for. I don’t recommend this company and when i asked for a partial refund for this service, i was given no more than £6 from an almost £70 order. Ridiculous. Victoria was very helpful and i feel bad writing this but it must be said.

No order, no updates, totally left in the dark and being ignored.
Ordered on the 15th of April and still don't have my items. They are now ignoring my emails and will not tell me what's going on.
Regarding the reply - 2 cushions have been delivered. I ordered 3 cushions and a chest of drawers, which I still don't have. Total shambles.

We have moved house before Christmas so we obviously entered that address ( OX7 6YX ), but when the process was completed it flipped our old address as the billing address. That is obviously wrong. Please amend to OX7 6YX.

Sorry but the delivery went to the wrong house which was 270 yards away. Should have been number 226 Abbey Lane but got left at number 266 by error. The 2 boxes of 19 kilos each had to be carried uphill to the right address after a long hunt to find location that was sent on the photo, quite exhausting it was.

Service was fast and efficient. The postage was reasonable. The items were well packaged and they were as described. The items were very unusual. After receiving my order promptly, I noticed there was a split in the seam of the duvet cover. Within 24 hours of reporting this to their help centre, the lovely Victoria had called me and arranged for a replacement to be sent out within a couple of days. Brilliant service and very impressed with how swiftly it was dealt with.
