The MFI customer support staff member called Victoria Mansfield
MFI customer support staff member Victoria Mansfield was very kind and caring when she rang me after I messaged the company regarding an order they couldn’t fulfill due to being out of stock. She sorted out my issue exactly as I had hoped. She was completely professional understanding and also sent kind wishes to me in her lovely follow up email. These things matter and make a difference. She is a real asset and credit to the MFI company and if MFI are ever looking for someone to train customer service staff in how to deal effectively correctly and professionally with customers she would be an excellent candidate for that type of job . I can’t praise her enough.

Victoria Mansfield left phone messages for me that were very clear, polite, professional but friendly. The emails she sent to me were again very clear and professional. Unwrap and check your items for damage within 48 hours
There is very small print that returns of damaged items can only be started within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged goods. Well, I wrapped my purchase up for my husband's birthday and didn't discover the damage until he opened it - now I have to pay to return this unused and damaged item, and there's no easy way to get an exchange. Won't return.
