Decent duvet cover but has a noticeable flaw
I bought this duvet cover because I needed one quickly. The colour and style are nice, and the fabric feels reasonably soft. However, there is a visible flaw in the weave on one side — it looks like a manufacturing defect with some pulled threads and an uneven section.
Because I needed a cover urgently, I decided to keep it and use it rather than go through the hassle of returning it. It functions fine and looks okay from a distance, but the flaw is quite obvious when you’re close up or making the bed.
If you’re picky about quality and perfection, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. If you just need something functional and don’t mind a small imperfection, then it’s acceptable for the price.

Magical duvet cover 😀

MFI couriers fell short of excellence.
For the price, The flatpack furnishings were ok. Instruction pamphlet was not up to spec in my view. The FedEx courier done all he could however, because of insurance purposes, he could not bring the heavy parcel into my living room, and that was the downer for me, given my age and I have a Hernia and live alone. It would have been much better if you could ensure your couriers place heavy parcels into designated areas for clients who like me, are of a certain age.

As FedEx are a third party courier, they must adhere to their own insurance terms of not delivering parcels inside of the property, nor is this a service that we are able to provide at this time unfortunately.

The item took ages to arrive. I thought it had gone missing. Yes nice bedding when it arrived. Not the best.

Extremely disappointed with the colour of the rug. It looks totally faded & washed out!! The size & quality is good. I chose the rug as I liked the colour & what I was looking for.
I will not be buying from mfi again!!

Nearly 2 weeks since order and zero communication as to why the delay
I placed an order 12 days ago and have had no communication. As is often the case there is no customer service phone number and I have had nothing other than an automated response saying I have to wait another 72 hours for a response. I've received goods from China quicker than this UK based company, it's simply not good service. I ordered very standard bedding items that they indicated would be in stock and estimated delivery as 5-7 days. So what on earth is the delay?
