Extremely disappointed with the colour of the rug. It looks totally faded & washed out!! The size & quality is good. I chose the rug as I liked the colour & what I was looking for.
I will not be buying from mfi again!!

Nearly 2 weeks since order and zero communication as to why the delay
I placed an order 12 days ago and have had no communication. As is often the case there is no customer service phone number and I have had nothing other than an automated response saying I have to wait another 72 hours for a response. I've received goods from China quicker than this UK based company, it's simply not good service. I ordered very standard bedding items that they indicated would be in stock and estimated delivery as 5-7 days. So what on earth is the delay?

Victoria Mansfield called me in response to my complaint re delayed delivery.
She was friendly, polite and professional in explaining the reasons for this and told me that she had upgraded my delivery so that it would be delivered within a couple of days.
I am very satisfied with her efforts and commend her attitude.

Quality Customer Service
I didn't realise MFI still existed but I was really impressed with their customer service. Really nice cast iron table and chairs with tiled top was cracked on delivery. I sent an online form at 8pm and by 11am the next day, they had called and sent a follow up email to apologise and dispatch a new table. I have had problems with so many companies in the past with bad customer experience that puts you off, but knowing there is someone available quickly at MFI gives a great level of confidence. Thanks to Stephen Rodgers for his customer service skills.

Great customer service
Victoria Mansfield dealt with my issue excellently. She polite, friendly and efficient.
I cannot give 5 stars to MFI as a company, as the printing of address labels is still faulty - resulting in a '5' looking like a '6'.
