Ordered a set of curtains
Ordered a set of curtains. Great quality but I accidentally measured incorrectly and ordered the wrong size so had to return them. Returns process was super easy and the customer service agent, Victoria Mansfield, was super helpful and quick to respond, ensuring a smooth returns process. Thanks!

Great customer service

Impressed first time user
This was the first time that I had used this site. I searched for a product and this site came up with the best price and it was in stock. Checked on trustpilot before ordering and saw the good reviews. Item was well packaged and exactly the one I’d seen on a more expensive site that didn’t have it in stock. Lost a point as took a week to arrive not the stated 2-3 working days. Would use again though

I had a faulty zip on my cushion
I had a faulty zip on my cushion, and emailed the company to inform them of this. Victoria Mansfield answered my query and offered me a replacement. She also tried to call me but I was unable to take the call. She had excellent customer care. Thank you.
